Honestly, that's a Nautilus. Idk if its a universal thing but back when I was little (10-15 years ago) I was CRAZY with Nautilus. I even have a little plamo of it. If I see one in the wild I would be like that, too.

The Nautilus expedition is my favorite it's just a whole bunch of different scientists on a huge-ass ship responsible for different types of research and only 1 deep-sea camera so when they find Cool Things suddenly everyone is gathered at the controls lol

There's a clip of a couple of divers spotting fish on a deep dive and very excitedly identifying them, but because its such a deep dive they both have helium voice, its fucking hilarious.

Well when you think about it, more and more sea creatures are becoming endangered due to pollution and stuff. So of course when someone comes across something considered as rare in their field, they'd naturally lose it and get excited.

Any biologist with a soul reacts like that when they find a rare or semi-rare animal ! That's one of the main reasons most of them decided to get into that field of study to begin with !
