3000 credits for full seat is very underwhelming. I was able to run out of the credits in one day of just learning to use. (starting march, it's limited) If this could be made more accessible after launch, its definetly going to be the winner of all UI and UX in design industry.

feature requests: 1. production webapp to figma 2. create design systems from code / production webapp 3. before deleting component, show where it's used start shipping stuff designers want

I recently test this and it literally just make the UI from the PNG and pasted inside the Figma with Auto layout and it mostly feels like vibe designing then I just keep iterating with Claude code and paste designs inside the Figma and on the top of that, I just need to think how can I enhance the user experience?👌🙌

designer: "i need the code" developer: "i need the design" figma + claude: "you need each other less than you think" the handoff meeting just got cancelled 💀

designers and developers arguing about handoffs for years and figma just made the whole argument irrelevant

We need examples of how it looks from Figma back to Claude (changes applied). No video is showing that. In my experiments, Claude is not able to see all the changes, just the ones are obvious, like colors. Even the structure that Claude passes to Figma is a mess. No responsive!

imagine starting from claude and going to figma make. lol!

…and still no basic relative or viewport auto-layout resizing options 🤔

The loop is tightening. Code → Design → Feedback → Code The bottleneck is no longer execution. It’s taste + constraints.

It seems like a weird work flow, I suspect it's just a way for you to get our tokens, then share it between you and Claude. Why should I send code from Claude, what the difference between this and the token-less html .to.design plugin for getting design from code

when will claude finally learn to turn figma designs into clean html?

do that and more in @SubframeApp instead

lowkey the roundtrip back to code feature is what actually makes this Claude integration useful for my workflow

This workflow finally connects design and development properly. We've needed this roundtrip capability for years - tired of beautiful designs that break when developers touch them or code that designers can't iterate on without starting over.

I need to consolidate these designs, take the best out of all of them and submit for the Figma and Contra heckathon, ; If you know how, please help

Figma’s "Roundtrip to Code" is the final nail in the coffin for the Handoff. We’re moving from static mocks to a live, bidirectional sync between Claude and the Canvas. In 2026, the design is the code and the code is the design. Zero friction, total intent. 🛠️🔄

interesting direction. if this actually closes the loop between design > prototype > code without breaking structure, that’s big. curious how much control designers keep over the output. especially in complex systems, not just landing pages.

Correct me if I'm wrong: I make an initial design in Figma, code it with Claude, see the need for iteration, send it back to Figma, make changes, and then send them back to Claude through MCP? And handover works best if the designer can push it to the codebase and create an MR?

figma make is so ass lmao, usability and post visualisation, it is genuinely so bad.

figma adding AI agent support to their canvas is smart. the real question is what happens when you need to actually run the code, not just prototype it. most canvas tools stay in design-land. curious if this bridges to a real dev workflow or stops at mockups

This closes the designer–developer loop in a real way, less handoff theatre, more shared ownership of outcomes. 👏
