This ain't Germany, the video is recorded on North Marmara Highway as you can see the bridge. It is recorded in Istanbul, Turkey.

I have never witnessed such a blatant disregard for driving protocol on the German Autobahn. Nor can I see he had any reason to merge towards the right lanes. I’m pretty sure the odds are extremely high that this person does not reside in Germany.

What's insane is jerks driving like this on public roadways endangering the lives of innocent men, women, and children! When I was in fire/rescue I worked my share of MVAs putting families or individuals into body bags, sometimes in pieces because of idiots like this.
