it was a stand-alone open world game where you played a Marine in the Middle East, using the GTA engine. It wasn't that it was violent it was the scenarios we figured out during testing, some really dark shit. It's #4 in this list.

No. There used to be a Mod called Takistan life. I think it might still exist with Arma 3. Players could farm drugs,sell them,use money to buy weapons and build resistance groups and then ambush US forces. You had to earn money doing different things so you could afford weapons.
