refunded my money after i was able to prove they issued and debited for ATM card I didn’t apply for and they issued before banking hours from their illupeju branch, just few hours after my phone was stolen. My account officer managed the situation as their Oniru branch manager ordered my arrest which would have been a costly mistake if not for my account officer who intervened. Get a lawyer and sue them to court for arresting you in the course of calling out their enabled FRUAD. @gtbank your legal department should advise better, as for me i have a pending litigation with your bank, your legal department will cause you damages soon and not like my first issue that my account officer begged.
