Simply saying she drank it after parking would’ve saved her a lot of trouble. Shopping while drunk is a public intoxication ticket. Drunk driving is a whole other crime. Same with the marijuana… folks don’t watch enough law shows these days I guess.

Just say I took a hit off of the Vodka after I parked before going shopping. It’s what I like to do. There is no law against that unless you are drunk and then you can get a ticket for drunk in public. People are too stupid. Denying everything when it’s clear they know never works.
