Swinging chairs like these wer not made to swing like this its the idiot swinging in the chair at fault if they want to swing like this they should get a regular swing and go at it and not be like an idiot and use tech beyond its designed capabilities people are so stupid 🙄

Mall yes, girls no. The girl that was hit wasn’t watching where she was going. She is as much to blame as the girls swinging. Ultimately the mall should have had a barricade around the swing. The girl walking wasn’t paying attention and the girls swinging weren’t paying attention. To be fair the swing wasn’t facing the girl walking I think all the girls walking and swinging should be a wash on culpability.
