Pooh Shiesty's father has been released from jail on house arrest after being arrested for the alleged kidnapping and robbery of Gucci Mane. On April 3, the rapper’s dad, Lontrell Williams Sr., appeared in front of a judge in federal court in downtown Memphis to find out if he would be released pending trial. Fox13 Memphis reports that Williams Sr. received a bond and was given home incarceration, which the judge says is the strictest bond she can assign outside of granting him into federal custody. The only time he is allowed to leave his residence is to attend his court dates in Dallas, where the case is being tried. He will be required to wear an ankle monitor. In court last Friday, federal prosecutors called an FBI agent to walk through the accusations in the indictment. The judge ruled there is enough probable cause to move forward with the case. Pooh Shiesty, his dad, Big30 and six other co-conspirators are accused of kidnapping and robbing Gucci Mane after Pooh set up a meeting to discuss his recording contract with Gucci. Pooh reportedly pulled out a gun and forced Gucci to sign Pooh’s release from the contract.
