Appears to be 5.56x45mm ammo, with annealed case necks, primer has 3 point crimp and lacquer sealant. It's an East Bloc style packaging in sealed "Spam can," headstamp appears to be Chinese factory 71 in Chongqing, and I couldn't make out if this was 2010 or 2019 year of mfg.
