How is Rosie able to manifest in the human world to make deals, and how is she able to make Alastor the most powerful sinner? Kinda sus.

REALLY love how the ONLY thing keeping Alastor from being the Big Bad of the Series is actually Rosie.. This man wants to let loose SO MUCH!!!!

In retrospect, it makes Alastor’s putdown of Vox for needing a team seem rich considering he had to make arrangements with Rosie when he was alive to have the level of power he did rather than start at the ground floor.
