That's an interesting take. Sometimes action is better than just talking things out. Thanks for sharing, Joe!

Processing something is one thing. Constantly re-living an experience, and consequently living in it, doesn’t do anyone any good. Gotta move on sometime.

That’s what my therapist did. He taught me CBT and it’s something that I had never heard of before. Once I learned how to THINK my way out of a panic attack, my mind was clear enough to figure out what was really going on. I was admitted to a Japanese Emergency Room with a blood pressure of 200/100, because my Navy doctors were fearing that I was going to have a stroke. While there, after giving me a supernatural amount of Amlodipine, the Japanese doctors also discovered in a blood test that I was so overloaded with adrenaline and cortisol that my body didn’t know what to do. This probably explains all of the mood swings. Additionally, they reviewed 10 years of my military medical records and discovered that I had a chronic Vitamin D deficiency. 10 years of a level around 15 ngs. Normal range is 30 - 60 ngs. Having a career in Submarines and living in Seattle is challenging to get an adequate amount of sunlight. I was outside all of the time as a kid and never had this issue until after I joined the Navy. I had no idea that Vitamin D regulated hormone levels the way that it does. And apparently my Navy doctors didn’t know this either. All they ever did was prescibe more pharma, which made everything worse. So once I fixed this, and my Vitamin D levels were stable at 60 ngs, all of my anxiety, panic attacks, and high blood pressure went away. And as added bonus, my eczema cleared up as well. I’m off of all prescription medication now and I’ve never felt better. If any of this sounds familiar to you, maybe you might want to look into this. It worked for me.

That anonymous "guest" is Abigail Shrier, a key player in the fight to save children from mutilation and lifelong pain in the name of "gender affirming care". She blew the whole scam wide open. - grateful Canadian grandma

Not wrong, get up, get out there, and do something about them. What good does sitting around dwelling on them do?
