Magnus gives a lot of opinions on every single thing. Even Goats of other sports like Michael Jordan, Mohd Ali, Michael Phelps, Sachin Tendulkar, Roger Federer, Tiger Woods never gave these many opinions about important matches of others.

Magnus should not be allowed to make comments on important matches like this one, at least not when the match is just starting. Some players may not be as strong as Gukesh is mentally, and seeing the influence Magnus has on chess, his comment is capable of discouraging players.

Such a horrible question to quote Magnus out of context. Why does Gukesh need to react to what @MagnusCarlsen said in a video covering the game. @FIDE_chess should look into the kind of reporters allowed to ask a question.

the story behind liyu’s first stage (class test) during b2p ☹️ 🐰: my first stage? i honestly don’t even want to think about it. actually, up until two days before that, i was really sick. my throat was so bad that my voice couldn’t come out at all. the day before, i even got an injection. so i had to perform my first stage while i wasn’t in very good condition, and i was really nervous. i was shaking a lot. and it was also my first time wearing in-ears on stage, so i was completely out of it. i couldn’t even look at the masters’ expressions. i was just thinking, “please let it end quickly, please let it end quickly.” and then it just ended like that. so honestly, it was kind of scary.

This woman doesn’t have any arms but it doesn’t stop her from making dinner for her family, for a second I thought she was going to cut herself when cutting peppers but she handled it like a champ. I’ve learned at an early age not to underestimate people with disabilities. Back in college I was classmates with someone that couldn’t use his legs and always was in a wheelchair. That didn’t stop him from pursuing his degree and hanging out with my friends and I and even driving. I recall walking to class in the rain one day, it was a really bad storm and it was cold and miserable, I never carry an umbrella because I thought I was too cool for it but I paid the price for it many times over I’ve should have learned my lesson. So during my walk a minivan pulls over and asks if I wanted a ride, I look over and I see it was him. At that point I never knew any person who could drive without their legs, I didn’t even know it was a thing at the time. Since I was wet and freezing I decided to let him give me a ride which I was thankful for. The van was modified so he could drive with his hands instead of his feet, I was impressed because had I not looked over, I would have never known that it wasn’t a normal driver, the ride was the same as any driver I’ve ever been in the car with. He actually drove better than many of my friends at the time, he was very attentive and careful. Now with so many people distracted by phones and other things. I thought to myself how the roads were safer with better drivers like him.

Doran openly talked about the Game 5 mistake that everyone was talking about 🥺 🐿️ About that moment everyone’s been discussing, first of all, I wasn’t nervous because it’s my first Worlds finals. It wasn’t a big problem, it was just a bad play LoL issue. 🐿️ Originally, because Smolder didn’t flash, I planned to just dive like that. The plan was to jump over while blocking Smolder here, but I didn’t tell my teammates. Since I was in mid lane, they probably didn’t expect me to try to go over. Camille was supposed to take the front path anyway. 🐿️ So if I could do it again, the best approach would be to communicate more seriously with my teammates first and go in together, but I miss. 🐿️ In the five minutes after that, I didn’t do anything, just thinking, “Damn, how do I make this right?’ Afterward, my teammates played really well. I felt pretty embarrassed, but I still think it was worth trying. 🐿️ That said, it was definitely a mistake I shouldn’t have made. This coach was teaching his students how to play dodgeball. He started with teaching them how to dodge the ball. He gave them an advantage by using a bigger ball than they would be normally using. Was he crossing the line for pelting them? As I mentioned before I was pretty good at the game, I used to throw the ball insanely hard, most of the time the other kid’s didn’t have time to react. The only rule we had in school was no head shots. I remember being sat out of gym for dodgeball because I saw an opening and I took the shot. I was aiming for her feet and not anything else. However she decided she would try to slide because she thought I was going to throw it high. She slid right into the path of the ball and got belted in the head, knocking off her glasses and breaking them. Of course she cried, I felt bad for it as I wasn’t trying to hit her in the face nonetheless throw the ball at her hard. But it didn’t matter, i still was punished for it even though i tried to explain how it was an accident. I wasn’t punished beyond that but being sat out of the game was punishment enough for me since I liked the game so much. Being a parent now I get it, I wouldn’t want that to happen but I would understand it as part of the game. Would you be upset if another kid hit your child in the face with the ball or is it really just part of the game? I think it’s time we bring this game back to schools.
