agreed, I also grew up in the generation where the trucks in our school parking lot had guns hanging on the gun racks in the back window because after school we would go huntng and or shooting if we wanted to and none of used our guns irresponsibly.

That is a spot on point. When they disarmed England and Austria. It did nothing to stop violent crime only increased it.

I can’t remember anything before columbine related to mass shootings. Almost like the peak of civilization was in the 90s and the decline has manifested into all the issues we have today.
