👤i thought that story was really cute…that you kissed each other to catch the flu 👤 this really feels like ‘divorce camp’ (*tv show); how did this come about? 🐰 it was probably right before the debut line up was decided, right? 🦊 yeah 🐰 it was the end of the year and it was a hard time for all the trainees…nobody could sleep or eat…and the flu was really going around at the time so a couple of people got to sit out of it…yeonjun hyung was one of them and i really wanted to sit out of it too because it means you can rest so as a joke, i rubbed against hyung and was like “hyung~ pass your flu onto me~” but the next day, i was shedding tears of blood because i was so sick 👤🤣 “shedding tears of blood” 🐰 it was the first time i got that sick, my body hurt so much, it felt like it would shatter….but the other members…something that made me feel really unfair was that if the other members were like “i feel like i caught the flu”, the dance teacher would be “okay okay, go home and rest” but starting from me, they started stopping us like “leave after you do this! finish this and then go!”…after the dance lesson, i looked like i was about to die so the dance teacher was like “this is not it, you should go home too” so on my way back to the dorm, i was sobbing like crazy because i was so sad like “why didn’t they let me sit it out 😭” because i was so sick…! 👤 so did it pass on to you when you were like “hyung, pass it onto me~” 🐰 probably..i wasn’t in contact with anyone else that got it and i was only like that with yeonjun hyung so i think it probably passed on then

🐰 something i was really grateful about is that before the unicef speech, i was really really nervous so i contacted namjoon hyung and i was like “hyung, i’m going here and i’m really nervous” 🐰 about 30 minutes before the speech, namjoon hyung suddenly called me and he was like “fighting! there’s a video i watch when i’m nervous, i’ll send it to you” and then he sent it to me 🐰 he said “the people there aren’t going to be nervous, they’re going to be relaxed and comfortable while watching you. you’re the only one that’s nervous there so be relaxed while doing it too.” and come to think of it, it was true! it felt like i was the only one that’s nervous was nervous; the atmosphere there was lighter and more cheerful than expected so i was able to feel light hearted because hyung cheered me on like that ❤️ 🐰 i was so nervous the night before that i couldn’t fall asleep till 5-6am because my heart was beating too fast 🐰 it was the first time in ages i was that nervous 🐰 but it ended well so that’s good 👍

mingyu talking about their tiny desk concert video 🖤 🐶 i wasn't able to sleep until 5am earlier, i wanted to post the tiny desk video on my ig right away and i feel proud [of what we did] and i was really nervous as well. we were in washington dc for around 5 days and we rehearsed for that to prepare and then filmed, and it wasn't really easy. we really had nothing - there was no audio coming out from the mic and it was just my raw voice. we didn't have any in-ears, we weren't singing over a backing track either but with a live band so i was pretty nervous. so i was contemplating if i should do it or not but i kind of just went for it at the end. it was a good experience and i just went for it thinking, "when will we ever get to do this?" seeing us, seventeen, on npr is so fascinating in itself and i felt very proud of what we achieved that's why i liked it.

storytime with kai #1 ⭐️ 🐧 this one time…when we were doing the jacket shoot for ‘deja vu’…what was the name again? the concept where i’m wearing a headband, we filmed it outdoors…the one with the rockband vibes 🐧 we filmed it outdoors and we filmed it in january so it was really cold and since we kept moving, sweating and running…the way i remember it, we had a 3 day break after that shoot; i’m not kidding when i say that i was in bed for 3 days straight because i had a cold 🐧 it was really rough so i texted soobin hyung and was like “soobin hyung, please save me” so soobin hyung came to my room and gave me cold medicine and really helped me a lot…the cold medicine that soobin hyung gave me had an instant effect so it really helped a lot 🐧 at the time, we had 3 days off but i was really sick right from day 1 because i caught a cold…and it was snowing! it was actually snowing and i went to the convenience store for a bit because i needed to eat so i went to the convenience store to buy food and i was walking back like this with the food in my hand while getting hit by the snow so it really looked like a movie scene 🐧 it was a good memory…i already had a cold and i was sick but it got worse because i went out in the snow

gunwook about the taegunv ballad 😭 🧸 its true that i decided it on my own but i got sufficient consent. to that person… no calling him “that person” feels a bit odd 🧸 to taerae hyung! i was like “no hyung, is september possible?” [he said] “yeah yeah do it. if we do it, we do it” so i said “oh okay” then since i wrote the song anyway i just need to prepare until september since taerae hyung said he'd do it 🧸 oh then since i have confidence and can do it by september… was it at the mca mc seat or somewhere, where i said “we’re going to do it in september” thats how i said it 🧸 and even worse, i wrote the rough draft for the song and sent it to him on kakaotalk. i sent it via kakaotalk... but he kept saying i didnt send it 🧸 of course it was a total first-pass guide version but... i sent it while saying “anyway it has this kind of vibe” i sent it to him but when i sent it, taerae hyung was playing a game. he didnt listen to it from what i could see! or did he? he might’ve listened to it 🧸 but he might have wanted to receive a more polished version. so taerae hyung asked me “how are you going to arrange the harmonies and stuff?” and i said “i’ll arrange that and send it to you”

#DJYugyeomxChinchinbang 👤 did you let the GOT7 hyungs hear your new song ahead of time? i'm very curious 🌼 first off, youngjae hyung, when we were filming orbit hyung’s youtube video, as soon as it ended, i sent it to him right away. so hyung actually went home listening to my album the whole way. he told me so many good things. he said it was really great and that he thinks I’m really amazing. he said a lot of things that made me feel really grateful. actually, i was continuously working on the album even while preparing for GOT7’s concert. so jaebeom hyung and jackson hyung, they listened to the whole thing in my room at the hotel in thailand, the one where we did the GOT7 concert. also, the 9th track, unconditional, all the members have heard it. right after i recorded it, i played it for them during GOT7 choreography practice. i remember they said a lot of nice things back then too. like, “whoa, this sounds like a foreign artist,” or “this gives jay park vibes,” or “feels like chris brown.” they said a lot of nice things like that, and it stuck with me. so yeah, when the hyungs listened to this album, they gave me a lot of compliments. even more than last time, i think.

#LNGSHOT #LOUIS #WOOJIN shared full story how “Never Let Go” was born 👶🏻 this song was actually originally worked on by me and woojin hyung when we were still trainees. after our coach leader heard it, he said the song’s quality was too good, so we decided to try a full team version 🐆after our schedule was over, we just watched youtube and listened to a lot of songs. louis and i were together at that time so we thought “let’s just try it” we searched for a beat right there, i turned on the recording and louis immediately freestyled. i used the hook and then wrote the post-chorus right away. actually at first we weren’t that obsessed or that into the song even though we had kept it, but when our coach leader heard it, he said “this has to be done” so that day we worked on it with the hyungs. at the company, they also matched us with a topliner hyung who was close to us and from there the song developed, but we never imagined it would make it into the debut album

San about filming ‘BAD’ challenge with Kai: ⛰️ When we filmed (challenge) with Kai hyung? I really meet up with Jongin hyung whenever we have time. Really, whenever we have time, we at least eat together, go to the sauna, watch a movie, do an escape room - whenever we have time, we see each other. Then one day I said to him again, “Hyung, could you do this… this together with me?” And he said, “Of course. What couldn’t I do for you? I can do everything for you.” So he really… really… because it was for his dongsaeng (younger brother), he worked so, so hard. Really, really. So I was really… really grateful. Truly. Really… Our hyung… Really… A true legend who has given me so much inspiration. A legend. Actually, Jongin hyung is a living legend. Ah, why did we pull on the tank top? (laughs) We were just doing things as the shoot went along, so it ended up happening like that. Originally, we had outer jackets. So Ini hyung and I were dancing wearing our jackets, then it was like, “Oh? You’re wearing a tank top.” “Oh? What? Hyung, you’re wearing a tank top?” “Oh? 🗣: Besides going to Fuji, what else did you guys do? 🤍:Mostly it was shopping, ❤️‍🩹: shopping and eat 🤍: Went to Disneyland, Disney Sea. 🗣: How many suitcases did you bring? How many suitcases did you bring on the way there? 🤍: Well, we had some friends on the trip too, it was like Namtan’s gang, right? So, like, we had to really limit our luggage because we were going on a road trip. But even with just one suitcase, I was dying because the bag was so fat (stuffed). Well, we...I have to say this first... ❤️‍🩹: How so? 🤍: We booked everything in Tokyo. Because we thought we would have the fan meeting in Tokyo. So we already booked it. The manager said, Namtan, wait a sec, it seems the fan meeting is in Osaka. Oh... now the "fun" begins. So we said, okay, it's fine, we already booked everything, we’ll stick to the plan. Then we’ll just take the Shinkansen to Tokyo. But that’s what made it fun—because normally, when we travel, we have security guards to carry our bags. But this trip plan was about 8 days. So, with the bags, and the weather, it was cold, we had to have really thick clothes. The weight of the bags was really heavy. For Namtan and Film, it was also Namtan’s first time leading the tour and guiding this trip for Film. Because Film just experienced something like this for the first time.I also just did it for the first time, so we just went like that.And then there was a moment crossing the street. So, about the suitcase—well, I have to say, Japan’s streets have really clear Universal Design. They are very accessible for disabled people, right? But it was our suitcase that actually got stuck/tripped.And then I fell right in the middle of the intersection! And it was kind of like, people were just walking back and forth. 🗣: Besides going to Fuji, what else did you guys do? 🤍:Mostly it was shopping, ❤️‍🩹: shopping and eat 🤍: Went to Disneyland, Disney Sea. 🗣: How many suitcases did you bring? How many suitcases did you bring on the way there? 🤍: Well, we had some friends on the trip too, it was like Namtan’s gang, right? So, like, we had to really limit our luggage because we were going on a road trip. But even with just one suitcase, I was dying because the bag was so fat (stuffed). Well, we...I have to say this first... ❤️‍🩹: How so? 🤍: We booked everything in Tokyo. Because we thought we would have the fan meeting in Tokyo. So we already booked it. The manager said, Namtan, wait a sec, it seems the fan meeting is in Osaka. Oh... now the "fun" begins. So we said, okay, it's fine, we already booked everything, we’ll stick to the plan. Then we’ll just take the Shinkansen to Tokyo. But that’s what made it fun—because normally, when we travel, we have security guards to carry our bags. But this trip plan was about 8 days. So, with the bags, and the weather, it was cold, we had to have really thick clothes. The weight of the bags was really heavy. For Namtan and Film, it was also Namtan’s first time leading the tour and guiding this trip for Film. Because Film just experienced something like this for the first time.I also just did it for the first time, so we just went like that.And then there was a moment crossing the street. So, about the suitcase—well, I have to say, Japan’s streets have really clear Universal Design. They are very accessible for disabled people, right? But it was our suitcase that actually got stuck/tripped.And then I fell right in the middle of the intersection! And it was kind of like, people were just walking back and forth. 🐱 when beomgyu hyung first came up, it was during that heavy snow in seoul. i still remember it, we finished the practice late at night and went out, and it was his first time seeing that much snow. he loved it so much 🐱he was jumping around all excited while i kept slipping and just found it annoying since i already saw that much snow many times 🐱so i thought “he really has such a pure soul” 🐱 do you remember, hyung? that time you and i went home together? that time, after late night practice, we went out and had a snowball fight. i remember it so clearly 🧸💬 back then our practice room was in the basement 🧸💬 so when we came up the stairs, snow was piled up and there were yellow streetlights were shining 🧸💬 it was so full of romance 🧸💬 the fact that you remember that is legendary
