OMG Don't eat bananas! Look at all these chemicals! 🙄

this bitch 8 minutes long.

Guy breaks down grocery store in 2 minutes Man even time getting hit by inflation now huh? Crazy

“Ask anyone’s grandma and they don’t add any of these things” and it’s just added vitamins and minerals. You have brain worms. Seek help.

What he have against salt lol. I understand everything else, sodium is great for you though.

Table salt is not good for you.

@realmattvick Jesus Christ. You’re the reason people don’t know what to eat

@realmattvick I feel sorry for your “clients”

Let’s see Fred, you don’t appear to have any real credentials in anything. And you sell a product so of course all your “unbiased” marketing will be to sell that product. I actually coach people in science based nutrition. I don’t make up a bunch of bullshit rhetoric to peddle some shit that isn’t going to move the needle in people’s health

@realmattvick The fact you had to bring up something unrelated just to defend yourself says a lot. I’m focused on helping people you can keep debating credentials.

"I'm going to teach you 20 things", immediately makes a false statement. Good job.

Everybody that doesn’t agree with this are the ones that still eat this garbage

That felt like the longest 2 minutes of my life

Was it worth it Dave?

Yeah great stuff! Was only making a joke because it was an 8 min video

I kno 💯

Illiterate moron starts video with “unedible” then points to fucking bread Yeah I’m sure this is an expert

Guy is just loud and wrong lol

“Give me 2 minutes” *Looks inside* **Eight minutes**

If it's 2 minutes why is the video 8:39 long?

Guess you didn’t get the message

this is for retards with no self control. the american junk food is obviously meant to be eaten in extreme moderation. ts is clickbait for MAHA retards.

Eating is like going to the gym . You learn the 3 to 5 basic exercises and do them consistently and you will be healthier. Everything else is people trying to monetize ignorance
Easy to say “pick the one with less ingredients” without pointing out that you will quadruple your grocery bill.

Trying to find bread that doesn't have bullshit in it is a maddening affair.

This video is delivered like it's an in depth cosmic paradigm shift but it's giving over simplified schizophrenia

the bakery goods are always crazy. The "fresh" bakery goods are worse than the little debbies.

Nonsense. I am tired of these people that see a long ingredients list and say that’s bad. Here’s the ingredient list of a regular banana: INGREDIENTS: Water (75%), Sugars (12%) (Glucose (48%), Fructose (40%), Sucrose (2%), Maltose (<1%)), Starch (5%), Fibre (3%) (E460 (cellulose), E461, E464, E467), Amino Acids (<1%) (Glutamic Acid (19%), Aspartic Acid (16%), Histidine (11%), Leucine (7%), Lysine (5%), Phenylalanine (4%), Arginine (4%), Valine (4%), Alanine (4%), Serine (4%), Glycine (3%), Threonine (3%), Isoleucine (3%), Proline (3%), Tryptophan (1%), Cystine (1%), Tyrosine (1%), Methionine (1%)), Fatty Acids (1%) (Palmitic Acid (30%), Linoleic Acid (omega-6) (14%), Linolenic Acid (omega-3) (8%), Oleic Acid (7%), Palmitoleic Acid (3%), Stearic Acid (2%), Lauric Acid (1%), Myristic Acid (1%), Capric Acid (<1%)), Ash (<1%), Phytosterols, E515, Oxalic Acid, Ascorbic Acid (E300), Tocopherol (E306), Phylloquinone, Thiamin, Colours (Yellow-Orange E101 (Riboflavin), Yellow-Brown E160a), Flavours (3-Methylbut-1-yl ethanoate, 2-Methylbutyl ethanoate, 2-Methylpropan-1-ol, 3-Methylbutyl-1-ol, 2-Hydroxy-3-methylethyl butanoate, 3-Methylbutanal, Ethyl hexanoate, Ethyl butanoate, Pentyl acetate), Natural Ripening Agent (Ethene gas).

That 2-minute grocery store breakdown is spot on. Most of what’s in a typical grocery store isn’t really food anymore. It’s ultra-processed junk designed to last forever on the shelf. The healthiest way to shop is simple: stick mainly to the produce section, the meat counter, and the dairy aisle. That’s where you’ll find real, recognizable ingredients that actually nourish your body. Do you mostly shop the outer edges of the store now too?

That's clearly an 8 and a Half minute video. 🤣

I broke down some of the ingredients just for fun Blue is stuff that’s just basic bread, stuff your grandma would use Green is stuff that’s easily identifiable as not bad for you Purple is stuff that’s added but actually helps with deficientes (riboflavin should be purple)

Shop around the perimeter and not in the middle. Buy Whole Foods. Organic. Cook.

We get it bro. Processed foods are unhealthy

There are eother a lot of idiots, a lot of bots, or paid influencers for big companies to slam this guy's video. Y'all can disagree with him, but if you think eating stuff than lasts for months, because of preservatives, and that has zero impact on you, specially when using food dyes and other completely unnecessary things, then you will swallow anything. Like your covid shot and the 20 boosters you took.

It’s getting scary out here Connor

@ConnorMcCloud1 It’s been like this for decades upon decades, ppl still living long lives

Until you do the research you don't understand how much has changed in just the last 3 decades. Do some research. Look at just 3 things - McDonald's fries in 1995 vs. 2025 (when they killed beef tallow and went to more seed oils). US vs. Canada for froot loops today (US has more processed and dyes stuff) - the 1995-2025 comparison tougher (I can't find enough original box labels for some things). Then Wonder Bread (1995v2005). The list there went from about 12 items t0 20+ with the majority of changes being artifical creations. Talk to anyone with a soybean allergy to be surprised how soy & soybean oil has been infused into everything in the past decade. You can decide its irrelevant, or won't impact you. But if you think we've all been eating the same things "decades upon decades" you will be surprised.

@FredsFarm247 That’s not an answer, prove your point. Don’t tell me to look it up, educate me since you know.?

@FredsFarm247 I literally just did more research for you then you've clearly ever done, and seems like you're just a dumbass posting simply to take a contrarian view and always say "but what about this" without ever truly debating. So go have fun somewhere else. Bye-bye.

@FredsFarm247 I don’t think you know what literally means

@FredsFarm247 I don't think you know how to think, but hey if you want to get into little jabs to make your puny penis feel slightly bigger, go nuts.

Aii, but who posted this though so I can follow him?

This dude is spitting. Stop buying the bullshit. I promise you can eat healthy and cheap

Omg dude ppl in the 50's were eating jellow cocktail at 10am after church don't pmo. Eat what you want and you'll die when it's your time. If your dr says "hey you're healthy!" Take their word for it unless something is weird and don't stress over trans fats and carbs!

Just look for these symbols and you’re good to go !

There’s almost zero healthy options in most major grocery stores. Safeway, Piggly Wiggly, Aldi’s, CERTAINLY not Walmart or Target. Almost every aisle is filled with junk, chemicals, and marketing slogans to trick you.And the healthy stores are way too expensive. Why is this legal?

SO many additives that cause inflammation and inflammation causes SO many health issues - the circle jerk of grocery store ingredients - grow as much of your own food as you can

Just download the Yuka app fellas best thing from the App Store

@vgclements1 It all looks like poison. 🤷♂️

Tldr: if the ingredients is a novel don’t buy it
