my new song “BREAKDOWN.” is out on the 21st of June!!! 🖤🖤🖤 I wrote this poem because it’s been the hardest year for my mental health. In my life I’ve always never felt good enough, it’s just the thing that’s eaten me up. For as long as I can remember i have felt constantly afraid of how quickly my head can turn dark. It’s always been so hard to fight the darkness that i inevitably have. A lot of people will say it’s a phase and it will go away. But it doesn’t and the reality of the situation is I have to find strategies to deal with it. To put it plainly the things I don’t like about myself will probably never change, people tell me one day I’ll come-to terms with them one day but I want that day to be FUCKING NOW. This song is a message to myself to try and exist alongside my insecurities and my darkness by grounding myself and remembering what is real in life and the world is so much bigger than me. Try and get out of your head and notice the world around you, notice the things and people around you. Connect with them, the chances are they probably feel the same. Don’t let the bullshit inside your head consume you. It just wastes precious time. Remember what is real. Help people, be kind, help the world, help yourself. If you think you can’t do it, you can. You can get through this, trust me. Use this poem in a mornin to get u out of bed, use it when youre about to back out of something last minute, use it when you’re at your darkest. It’s got a little bit of light in it. Don’t forget to put your feet in the grass … Mind

On a platform full of negativity please please share this beautiful video full of positivity! This got pretty emotional. We handed over £10,000 to the incredible team at ADAPT Oxford money raised by some amazing lads in our M.A.T.E community. Meeting so many lads face-to-face, some who’d come through our Facebook group, guys now living clean in their dry houses and genuinely trying to turn their lives around... it hit me hard. We're literally saving lives together, Adapt & M.A.T.E.S. All the chats, the support, the posts on social media, the podcast, the AMAZING work Adapt do – seeing it play out in the real world felt surreal. This is what it's all about. At M.A.T.E, we are a community that supports men, we see the wider picture and recognise others within our sector and the incredible work they do. FNC Boaster: “Every event that we’ve lost at Champions, I’ve ended up staying when there was an audience. So Istanbul, LA, and Seoul, and I stayed till the end just so I could watch the person lift the trophy that I want to lift the most. And that’s kind of what kept the hunger going and my drive going because a lot of players could simply just kind of ease out. But I just wanted to get one more big win with the boys, and I think this year has been an amazing year. A lot of grand finals, and we didn’t manage to get the trophy in the international event. So for me, it’s just that there is a trophy on the line, but at the same time, it’s been a lot of fun. And I think the times where we just enjoy it, and this game happened today, where we’re just dancing around having fun, just goes to show how much pressure and stress it takes off us. If we win tomorrow, we win. If we lose, well, we’ve lost quite a few times this year. Heartbreaking losses. ⚠️ normally keep things positive, but I can’t just carry on today like nothing’s happened. While out flagging we met Callum, 29, in a very vulnerable state, sleeping in a tent with soaking blankets and struggling badly with his mental health. I sat with him and he opened up about how low he’s feeling. It broke me. I’ve uploaded the live footage so people can see the reality. It’s raw, but it’s real. This isn’t for views or drama — it’s because this lad needs help and I can’t do it alone. I’m calling on local services, councillors and anyone who can step in: Please help this young man. Imagine if this was your son, your brother, your friend. I’ve taken him supplies and will keep checking on him, but he needs proper support, somewhere safe and people around him who can help him get back on his feet. Callum, stay strong mate. 🫂💚I'm Walid and I love animals, especially #cats.🐈 Before this war, I spent years caring for stray cats in Gaza. I built a shelter for them and took sick cats to the vet. But about a year ago, when the bombs fell, my shelter was partly destroyed, and so many of the cats I cared for were killed. It broke my heart. Now, I’m doing what I can to help the cats who survived this war so far. Some are strays, but as the war continues, more and more are pets who lost their humans, their homes and safety. They roam the streets of North Gaza, hungry and scared, just like so many of us people. I’m also trying to rebuild what’s left of my shelter for the cats who did survive the bombing, but it’s not easy. I need food for the cats in my care and for the ones still out there. During the ceasefire, my friends and I ran the Cruelty-Free Kitchen. We served warm meals to thousands of families. During the ceasefire my friends and I started helping eight families who are living in tents, with no proper shelter or clean water. We also distribute water in our neighbourhood. Every day is a struggle, but we do what we can to share what little we have. Life in 💔#Gaza🇵🇸 is unimaginably hard, but I haven’t given up. I believe there are kind-hearted people out there who can help—people who care about animals and people, just like me and my friends. From northern Gaza ✌🇵🇸... It may be the last message or the last post, and we may or may not meet, but we will remain in the north in Gaza City, if only for the last person. Please pray for us to be steadfast... My friends and dear ones.. I am your friend Mo and this is a new update.. First of all, I want to apologize for not responding to everyone. Everyone knows that we in the north are subjected to a hideous massacre, and it is dangerous for me to go to a place from which I can receive an Internet signal... Believe me, when I see your message, this does not mean that I ignore it. This means that the signal is weak and the Internet is slow. But I see your comments and support with love.. I went to the doctor and had an ultrasound examination to check the tumor and blue marks in my abdomen. The doctor was satisfied with my condition and told me that it was just bruises from the surgery... We are still living in terrifying and difficult times.. The army is still waging a military campaign in the north.. and the tanks are about 1.5 km away from me.. I'm wondering for how long? When will this nightmare end? When will we get out of this hell? Death is no longer terrifying... This life is more terrifying... We still struggle every day to get food. They are still besieging us and using starvation as a weapon against us.. Me, the cats, and my family are all fine. The video below is of my daughter Julia helping me take care of the cats.. there is an idea came to my mind to plant a garden in order to get some vegetables. I bought the seeds from the black market for very ridiculous amounts.. and it will take approximately 3 months for the vegetables to mature.. We don't know if we will stay in the north or if we will live to eat from it. But it is worth the risk... because we miss eating fresh vegetables.. I hope you will support me to get through these difficult times We depend on the black market to get food and food is 100 times its basic price. I woke up today excited. I’m outside of Poltava, and I feel amazing. My 50 km mark today is on the other side of Poltava, out of the city, which means Poltava is 100% doable. And I cannot explain how excited I am to see stores. To know that, for at least one day, I’ll have easy access to water. To know that every kilometer is taking me closer to Kharkiv Oblast, and closer to the end of this journey. We are now just $562 away from our $50,000 goal. That feels incredible. We’ve had a lot of losses over the course of this journey, and you are making it possible for us to replace some of that equipment. In the nonprofit world, we call this “earmarked” money. Every single dollar of that $50,000 already has a purpose. I have a list of equipment that needs to be replaced, things my soldiers need, and things we have lost along the way. And I have another list. A list of names that keeps growing while I walk this walk. The names of boys who didn’t get to see me finish this story. Boys who have now been added to the long list of soldiers I walk in honour of. That is the part of this journey that is much harder to put into words. Every kilometer brings me closer to the finish, but not everyone who was there when I started is still here to see me reach it. So I keep walking for them, too. Please keep helping my boys. We’ve done it. 315 miles walked. Over £10,000 raised with Gift Aid for homeless veterans. And now we’re in Central London, ready for Unite the Kingdom tomorrow. What a mad journey it’s been........ I set off wanting to do something meaningful for a proper cause, and along the way I saw the best of ordinary proper English fuckin people. Working people. Good people. People stopping to help, offering food, water, words of support, a place to rest, a few quid for the cause, or simply a bit of hope when I needed it most. That’s what’s stayed with me. For all the doom and gloom, there is still a strong heart beating in this country. There is still kindness and decency in our people. I saw that with my own eyes every day on the road, and it’s restored a lot of faith in me. This walk was for homeless veterans. Men who served this country and ended up forgotten and left behind. That should never sit right with any of us. So to have raised over £10,000 with Gift Aid for them is something I’m massively proud of, and that is down to every single person who got behind this. I also want to say this. Not everyone wished me well. There was hatred, abuse, and people who wanted to see me fail. Some even wanted worse. But I’m not carrying that with me. First of all - fuck them but more importantly I forgive them. I’ve got no interest in bitterness. This journey was about something bigger than that. We made it here. Proper fackin job. And I just want to say a genuine thank you to everybody who donated, shared the page, followed the journey, messaged support, or helped me along the way. You helped make this happen. Democrats voter says “I will never vote Democrat again” “For almost 5 decades, I have been a liberal Democrat. I had raised my children to be Democrats and believe in the Democratic Party, all of that. And it took for this last election for me to have to sit down and do some real research and find out, like, who am I truly going to vote for and why? And it wasn't until a year ago, maybe a little over a year ago, that I realized they've been lying to us this whole time. We've been getting screwed this whole time. And the devastation that I felt, I cannot put into words. It was as if I was in a marriage with someone for 30 plus years, and I come to find out that they don't even love me. They got a whole new family of immigrants that they care about more — Being a Democrat is like being in a very toxic and abusive relationship. And I just pray that more and more of my people get out of that toxic and abusive relationship and conform to the true conservative values that you were raised with We were raised with these values. Man and woman should be married. You don't just go ahead and keep on getting pregnant about everybody just because you can kill them. Your body is sacred. You love and you worship God and you respect the house of the Lord. We all know that. All of these things, family first, family, God, faith, all that's first. All of these things were taught to us as we were being raised. In regards to who raised us or how we were being raised. This is what has been breded into us. So for the Democratic Party to make us try to make us accept all this other nonsense, like kids being able to transition and putting all of taking the Bible out of the prayer out of schools and all of this nonsense, you got to take the jab if you want to work. No, we were not raised like that. That is not part of who we are. If we truly want to return to who we are, you got to get over there with them conservatives, because that's where it's at.
