I hate these type of auditors. They don’t help anyone and only want content. She is right and there’s clearly signage and a fence. That by all accounts alludes to a secure or restricted area which they are legally allowed to have even if it is a state or federally owned building.

That's silly logic. If it says authorized vehicles only, you're not an authorized vehicle. At the same time, just because there's a sign. That says you can't do something doesn't mean someone has the legal force to stop you. But they are two separate issues.
