Guy paid $12,964 for this storage unit. This seems like an interesting occupation, its like a treasure hunt

O wow! They should make a TV show about this and play it relentlessly on cable

Lost $1,000,000 in forgotten ideas? Great ideas should fund your future, not slip through the cracks. I'm launching @crushthememory soon.

GameStop: Best we can do is $3.50 for all of it

“Grandpa liked his board games”

Why not show us the storage unit with the stained mattresses and a couple of tired end tables?

I can picture the guy auctioning the unit full of junk. "This one here was owned by an eccentric Howard Hughes heir who loved rare video games and comics. He was also known to collect large amounts of gold bars. We'll start the bidding at $10,000"

Who takes the time to collect all of that just to stop paying for storage fees and lose it all. Maybe it was a comic and game store that went out of business.

a lot of loose items, with most not having any real value like the comics. will take a long time to sell to niche collectors, will probably just bulk sell to a retro store for cheap. not worth the time imo

You know how much of a pain in the ass it will be to sell all that sh!t ? You can sell the PS3 games for like $1 each, they are not valuable. Now the Magic the Gathering cards and the comics ? Maybe, but it's a pain to find collectors that want to buy.

It’s all shit. I like the confidence of these storage price setters. Oh that’s $X ……for whom? Who is buying that?

Not sure if he made a good deal.
