Wasting water can be a criminal offence. Water as a scarce resource needs to be protected. The landlord can open a criminal case. The city can also open a criminal case. The company providing water in the area, such as JoburgWater, RandWater, or UmngeniWater can also open a criminal case. Akudlalwa ngamanzi e-South Africa.

I totally agree, This is crazy

“Next thing you know your career is over, over some character”

He has serious issues

I understand his frustration, when we feel robbed we often want justice which is a fair thing for anyone to ask for. But naye he had to waste water? Now he is the one getting into trouble for wanting what’s his.

this is just Dumb.

🤞🏾🤞🏾

Only to find out water is illegally connected

Eish 😅😅🤣🤣

Landlords dnt really give us our deposits 😮💨😭etleast now I know what to do. And you find that the place is still in order like room e sale sharp but they make silly excuses

You report to Housing Tribunal

And wait for how many months before I get compensation, so this is the good option we both lose

It’s the legal thing to do

Legal thing to do is not to give your tenants a run around for their deposit even if the unit (place they had occupied) is still in good condition.

But here we are against what the guy is doing…You can’t solve a wrong with a wrong.

That's why Botswana and most countries has almost 0% zero crime rate coz they solve wrong with wrong so rona as South Africans we have a long way to go

Water is a scarce resource 🤦🏾♀️

People are not scared of going to jail and it has to be a Zulu person because they are stubborn they won't be the bigger person and leave the landlord or rather report him to the authorities for refusing to pay your deposit. Water is a scarce resource you can't do this.

Say that again…

Bro surely left a pile of cow dung 🤔

Fr

Ntwe ke stlaela, how do you waste such a precious scarce resource in South Africa because you and land Lord anisa hlabanisana?

Yooo

This is silly.

That Time You Find Out That He is a Doctor And Studied For 8 Years 😭😭

🥹

I think this is next Lord Jesus 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭💔💔💔💔

Yoooh

Yoh! people are wicked

This is bad

Very

The landlord didn’t calculate this thoughroughly. How do you deny someone their deposit but still have them in your property? They’ll retaliate whichever way they want

I wonder what he teaches his children

Girl 🥹

But he doesn’t mention why they don’t want with the deposit

He won’t

We are not a water rich country - JG Zuma

Ke mesebetsi ya Corona 🚮🚮

😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 Wa phapha nou Satan

I am not supporting what this guys is doing as it’s wrong. The other side landlords always want to cheat you out of your deposit by coming up with reason why they can’t pay you back your deposit. This is even after they inspect the property & find you left everything in order.

@houseofnkosi That’s true…

It’s crazy

Looking at that door it's safe to assume that the water and electricity are connected illegally

True

He should be arrested this 1.

No, but why not damage his property...we need water Bru🧐

So he’s not the one paying for water?

Seems he’s moving out

😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

😭

Probably threw cement in the drains as well this one🙊

He’s capable

Guys yes

Everything else but water 💔😔

🥹🥹

Ei ntwana. Breaks my heart.

It’s really bad…

I wish I didn’t see that. Damn. I saw water shortages in certain areas. The absence of it has the potential to reduce even the high and mighty to nothing. Wars can be fought over this. Kodwa Kulungile 😔

Stupid af.

Fr

I did this too 😂

What happened?

They didn't want to give me my deposit, I left the taps running and they were gone for 2 days

Watching this with no sound, I though the water went down the kitchen drain and came out of the basin tap 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Witchcraft

🤞🏾🤞🏾

That time SA is severely water scarce, we are one of the countries on red alert

🥹🥹
