Are you actually a good holder? Holding a football is something that looks relatively easy. Then you realize you have to catch the ball at the same distance every single time, make quick adjustments using your hands, and set it exactly how the kicker wants it on every rep. When you think about it like that, it’s actually a pretty difficult task. Only if you don’t work at it. Becoming a great holder takes time. It’s doing the little things and getting as many real reps as you possibly can. This is a simple drill I worked on before I came back to the NFL. If you want to become a great holder, get as many reps as possible. Slow hands do not eat. Be a perfectionist. #TLK #BeAPro #Specialists #KickerDevelopment #PunterDevelopment

I hope rps will stop comparing zhang linghe's interaction with his costars. it undermines his professionalism and efforts as an actor. on top of that, it's disrespectful to the actresses to be compared as if they need validation based on "who he favors more". if you are new to following him, please take a look at this vid and watch it till the end. it clearly shows how he always treat his costars with the same kindness and respect since his debut, be serious during rehearsal, and show his gentleman side to everyone. without any exception.

Like all the people that knew him or admired him from afar, I’m still grieving for the loss of Ricky. It still hasn’t really sunk in that he’s gone. I got sent this today from a pal who is on Facebook & it brought back good memories and it made me smile 😊hope it puts a smile on your faces & remember once again what a top bloke he was. His memory lives on, miss you champ ❤️😢
