If you want to film yourself go home or get a home gym. He really got some nerve, and what progress is he showing off that he couldn't wait till he got home and recorded himself.

Why do you have an issue with everything? You keep complaining about gym behaviour, just let him live. First you blatantly shame women for exposing creeps, now you are going after this man for wanting to record his body progress.. you're discouraging people from going to gyms
