The head of the local administration said a 47-year-old man who worked in the market was killed and several retail outlets were destroyed. Another drone hit a block of flats in Chernihiv in the north while at least one person was killed in an attack on port infrastructure in the Odesa region. In a message from the Kremlin, spokesman Dmitiri Peskov said Moscow had received the latest peace plan from the US but said Russia was still "analysing the documents".
