This woman says there is an easy way to tell if someone is 35 and over. She said they are waiting for the mulch to go on sale at Home Depot and Lowes before they start doing their mulch yard work. I have to admit- she is right! 😂 I was going to buy some from Home Depot - 3 for $10 but was told to wait until it goes on sale for 2 for $5. 💯 How about you? If you don't know how, just pet and drop food until the trust reaches 100pts and then you can take them in. Petting gives 5 points and food gives 10, dogs prefer red meat. There's a cap on how many times you can do these so you need to do it over 2 in game days. So worth it.

I tested my V02 max for the first time today: 🫀 57.4 ml/kg/min According to ChatGPT, that's the top 5–10% of men my age. The test was done in a lab using the Bruce protocol. Every 3 minutes, treadmill speed and incline increase: - stage 1: 4 km/h at 10% grade - stage 2: 5.5km/h at 12% - stage 3: 6.7 km/h at 14% - etc etc I passed out at the end of stage 5. It's just a horrible test because you're fighting inner demons to get a little farther. V02 max is a key biomarker in predicting longevity, so from now on, I'll focus my training on increasing that number.

My son had a baseball game tonight in a Jersey town a lot less red than my own, and as my daughter and I pulled into a store for the requisite game snacks, a lovely and kind woman saw us and she said she enjoyed the things I write on here. And honestly, with the amount of hate I get on here (yes trolls, bravo) it was just so wonderful to hear. And so, if she’s out there and happens to read this, my little girl said it made her “feel proud of her mom”, so thank you for that. And thank you for your kindness. It meant the world to me. ❤️ Oh, and my boy got a huge hit too. So, it was a 10/10 kind of night.

1/7 Built a Polymarket trading bot over 3 months. Here are the biggest mistakes that cost me real money > Went from v1 to v61. Every version fixed something painful. --- 2/7 Stop Loss killed more money than it saved. > Binary markets need room to breathe - fluctuations are normal. > Stop Loss was cutting positions on random noise and locking in losses right before the market flipped. > Removed it in v61. Immediately better. --- 3/7 Martingale + Stop Loss = a loss cascade. > Seemed logical: lost $5 -> bet $8, lost again -> bet $10. > In practice: a losing streak plus early exits = a hole in your balance in a single day. > Killed it. For good. --- 4/7 Smart Exit without Force Exit is a trap. > Token hits 90c (+75% profit), but the bot was waiting for a "BTC reversal" signal. > Market closes, token drops, profit gone. > Fix: hard Force Exit at 85c. Me and my Dad spent all day yesterday on the 3.0D SE X5. 2x Injectors changed, one of which was truly knackered due to (I think) water ingress. Turns out the Swirl flaps had already been deleted which is nice, new gaskets on the injectors and inlet manifold too. Tried to start it as we lost light and the battery was dead 😂 Left it on charge all night, tried this morning before I left for London and it just wouldn’t start. Presumed it was air in the fuel system needing bleeding out but didn’t have time. Got home this afternoon and to say that a decent diagnostic machine pays for itself over and over again is an understatement (Kingbolen K10PRO FYI) Actuated the fuel pump for 5 minutes, then cranked the car for about 20 second where it sparked into life. The Diagnostic machine then wanted me to purge the fuel system for 10 minutes at 2,000RPM which I let it do. Turned the car off and on again and it has ran perfectly, put heating, A/C, heated seats and as much load as I could - still stayed running. It basically hasn’t done that now for a month. Took it up and down the road, got up to national speed limit, all seems fine 😳 Still have a few things do sort to get it through its MOT which is mainly bulbs and a faulty fog light - what should be fairly straight forward things 🤞 then just a cosmetic touch up 🫟🖌️

It was so nice meeting all new faces this weekend! Thank you for taking time out of your day to come say hiiii to me :) Wishing everyone an easy travel day. ☀️🩷 I can’t wait to lock into stream after a longgggg year of travel I’ll finally be back at my set up for a while. I can’t believe I told myself I was going to 2-3 events and ended up at all 5 Majors. Major 1- I was suppose to be in Brazil but it got canceled last minute due to Dallas ice storms. Major 2- I have never gone to Europe so I got to go twice this year which was such a cool experience. I planned this trip last minute and the Birmingham fan base was insane it was some of the best fans I’ve seen. Birmingham itself was meh but I do hope we get a London major or something else around that. Major 3- Dreamhack I planned to go to. I always love a gaming convention major. I’ll always continue to go to these and hope they do more. Major 4- Was a movie. Paris itself gorgeous and Paris fans amazed me. The amount of people in one place all supporting call of duty made me so happy. That place sold out and not one open chair in sight throughout the whole event. I hope to see another major there next year. 10000/10 Champs- Great way to end the year!! I absolutely love the pick for champs in Vegas. So many things to do and so many people all around being able to hangout and have fun. The venue pick was great. 10/10

"We dropped Emma off at college Monday morning. Eight hours later I came downstairs and found this. Buddy carried every single stuffed animal from her room to the front door. Every one. Her elephant she's had since she was four. The bear from her first Christmas. Every single one. He arranged himself right in the middle of all of them and he hasn't moved. He's 10 years old. He's been her dog since she was seven. I have no words for what I am looking at. I have no words for any of today." My husband thinks Buddy was trying to bring her back. I think he was doing the only thing he knew how to do — gathering everything that smelled like her and bringing it to the place she always comes back to. He did it one by one. All evening. While we sat in a quiet house not knowing what to do with ourselves. He knew what to do. He's 10 years old. His muzzle is going gray. He carried every single one. Emma called tonight to say she's okay. I told her what Buddy did. She was quiet for a long time. Then she said — "Don't move them. Leave them right there. I'm coming home Friday."
