Five observations from Day 12 of #Bengals camp: 1. Former Pro Bowl QB Jeff Blake attended practice. Blake is currently the Director of the QB Academy at IMG and he enjoys watching Joe Burrow. “He’s got a tight throwing motion, really good mechanics, generates a lot of power in his throws, and he’s really accurate,” said Blake. “He was blessed to have the opportunity to take this team to a Super Bowl, and he’s young enough to do it again.”

I'm really lost for words. Five months ago, the Arkansas Baptist College football team was expelled from our practice facility due to unpaid rental fees for maintenance and upkeep. Consequently, spring football practice was suspended and many of our promising student-athletes left, and many of the ballers that we were attempting to recruit, shunned our efforts. Fast forward to the third week of football in September. The Buffaloes are 2-1 with their only loss coming from FCS Houston Christian, in which they were very competitive for a half. I had no expectations for Coach Richard Wilson and his staff this season. After enduring so many challenges, just fielding a team for the 2025 football season would be considered victorious for the program. But these young men have tasted winning, and now they want more. Praying that our young men will continue growing in the Lord ✝️, hitting the books 📚, and balling 🏈 out on the football field. GOD'S PLAN 🙏🏻✝️🙌❣️

GM. Quick update on our boy. There was a small amount of blood in ChooChoo's stool last night. At 14, we don't take chances, so we brought him in late to run tests. Sending you notes as I talk with the vet: - Cyst on the left kidney, stones on the right (calcium buildup causes the stones) - Nothing else stands out as a concern - His heart looks great That last one got me. He had a heart murmur and high blood pressure when we rescued him at 9. Today, at 14, his heart looks great. We're adding a few things to his protocol and we'll share what and why. We'll also have some solid developments soon for the community rallying around him. 🐾 More good years. Together.

A young boy at training camp shouted it was his birthday today. Rashee Rice and Kareem Hunt both wished him a Happy Birthday as they were heading for the practice field. (Skyy Moore did as well but it was after the recording stopped.)
