It’s truly disappointing to see a former MLB player who was a 1st round draft choice without ever knowing his Exit Velocity pushing this garbage! I was a pretty good hitter my entire life without ever knowing my Exit Velocity! Kids need to learn to hit the ball on the barrel consistently! (not just bat, many forget this) Get that feeling, now get ready for the pitch and try to time up that exact body and swing move on the ball. Works pretty well! It's like a.. compact swing slash drill, not a punch at it type swing. Hit a double.

Try & swing too hard & you will be inconsistent. You want high bat speed & exit velocity for sure. But that comes from the weight room, proper nutrition, & a bat speed plan. Once you do that & have the elite engine. You just try to strike it cleanly! Hitters University

Do you want a simple way to play a low, medium & high shot around the greens? Here are 2 simple things you can do to change the flight👇🏼 🔹Low Shot - Back ball position, wide radius, feel like it’s more of a body pivot hitting the ball 🔹Mid Flight - Middle ball position, mid radius, feel some release through impact while pivoting the body 🔹High Shot - forward ball position, narrow radius, few as though the club head passes the hands through the impact area As always in golf, there are plenty of other ways to change flight around the greens… what are some other ways?
