Supabase now has more than 7 million developers building on it. It all started with a tagline change. Paul Copplestone - e/postgres changed Supabase's tagline to "Open-source Firebase alternative." Someone posted it to Hacker News the next day. It shot to the top. He hadn't shipped a single new feature. The product was identical to the days before. Then you casually introduce the product as the solution. No hard pitch. No forcing it. Just a story that naturally sells.
