@budlight Now hold on.....I think I know hockey rules. And I remember multiple goals being canceled bcs the player CAUGHT AND GRAB the puck.

@budlight The announcer said, "He stays on the sides..." which tells me the puck can't be caught by hand in the MIDDLE of the rink. Good safety rule so it doesn't end up in the face of a rink-side fan. 🏒

@budlight COME ON, how was this allowed? - If a player catches the puck, they must drop it straight down without taking a stride or maneuvering to gain an advantage - They can bat the puck out of the air, or catch it and drop it, but they can not close their hand around it or skate with it
