Customer should have charged the deposit on a credit card. Then, when refused service & told it was non-refundable, customer can dispute charge (for lack of service), & get credited back. Also, NO ONE pays a deposit for a hair treatment.

I'm going to side with the bonnets. They put a deposit down. Call up the bank or a credit car company and get the charge for the deposit removed. If she makes contact tell her to file a small claim and take them to court.
