I’m at the BBC Olympics Studio in Paris. Yes, the Eiffel Tower background is real. Here is how the studios look from the outside. The BBC are on the top studio floor, next to the Swiss. Australia are just below.

In the BBC office there’s a medal tally highlighting the GB wins, but as there’s a French crew assisting the BBC they have also done it for the French team as well.

Anyway I’m apparently on holiday.
