Halftime just isn’t the same without Chief Illiniwek

Despite the back slapping and self congratulations of the anti-Chief crowd, eliminating the Chief did absolutely nothing to improve the lives of Native Americans. I've worked with Indian groups, and asked them about the Chief. They weren't as offended as we were led to believe.
