The citadel has never been attacked. It's probably because of the hills.

The hills are the reason Halifax became the Navy City it is. The bars are all up hill from the ships, so sailors could roll back down the hill to the quay when the tap'too was called.

Seafood and cardio, what else could you ask for on a vacation.
