jay sharing the story of when he experienced sleep paralysis while he was sick before 😔 🐈‍⬛ i stayed at our place alone because i was sick and you guys were practicing, i got sleep paralysis when i was sleeping but it felt terrible, it was so weird 🦮 honestly, i don't know what sleep paralysis feels like 🐈‍⬛ for me, sleep paralysis is like a third-person view like, i'll be sleeping right here but my view isn't from my body. i'm looking down at myself from way up here. your body is asleep, but your mind is awake. your eyes are open, but your body is asleep. you try to get up, but you can't... so you end up going "ugh!"
