Halo Campaign Evolved in 4K looks Beautiful.

Graphics are nice, but graphics aren’t everything. It lacks the soul Bungie crafted into the game.

I don't like the Forerunner design direction. I liked it in Infinite. CE remakes and remasters will forever be cursed because someone will always try to shoehorn the terrible Halo 4/5 Forerunner design language. Also, I'm not going to let Sprint go. The Skull should enable it.

Yep, Still utterly despise Stainless Steel And RGB Light Strips trying to pass itself off as Forrunners architecture Wake me up in another 12 years when Halo is handled by a studio that isn't artistically inept

The Forerunner stuff:

It’s beautiful but way too shiny and bright. Too bad CE is just a lab rat with horrible management all over again. I’m tired of CE suffering bc of it.

Played 4 missions of OG CE last night. This game conveys none of the eerie, unfamiliar atmosphere that the original does. Yes, it’s better executed than the first remake, but it pales in comparison to the original.

Halo creators really got nothing to make content on right now 😂

Theres always going to be "why doesn't it look exactly like it used to" or "why does it look exactly like it used to" when it comes to these remakes but overall, Campaign Evolved does look beautiful. Even if there are places it could have been better.

I do think it’s beautiful, but out of the UE5 stuff we’ve seen, this seems very obviously UE5. I don’t know how to make it make sense. It just doesn’t feel like it has that charm of the Xbox and 360 halo games.

There is just too much sheen. Halo CE was/is a hopeless march against insurmountable odds. Through ancient worn structures. And the filth of the flood scourge.

i love that campaign evolved doesn’t have that unreal engine feel to me, it feels truly realized graphically and the visual style makes me happy
