If the international community is really sincere about disarming Hamas and granting Gaza a new future, then they have to stop treating Hamas as a political entity and understand that it is a terrorist militia. The only way to make a terrorist group disarm is through military power. The only party that can effectively use military power to disarm Hamas is Israel...
