spoiler about the new songs!!! 🐹: ah seriously, the new song.. it's a mini album but.. among these songs, there are 3 songs that i.. all of the songs are great, but these 3 songs especially, including the title track, will be xdiz's bangers once again, great enough that you'd want to keep listening to them. also, if i were to brag about something, it's been a while since "fire", i think.. at least i don’t remember having any since then. but for the first time in a while, two songs that i wrote the lyrics for are included. so i feel even more attached to this album. especially one of those two songs, i worked really hard on it, revising it a lot. i put a lot of effort and care into the lyrics. personally, i already love the song itself, and since the final result came out as well as the amount of effort i put into it, i feel even more attached to it.

250903 MBC 📻 steven's tmi: he likes classical music 🦊: the reason i said this is because sometimes when i listen to songs, the lyrics kind of sound noisy. but when listening only to the instrumental, it somehow feels like there isn't emotion, so at that time, listening to classical music is just right. because feeling emotions without lyrics is kind of a little fun, and it’s also fun to slightly feel what kind of story it is. i think i often enjoy listening to it. it’s a bit like with movies and books because when you read a book, you have to imagine, so i think it feels kind of like that~ #AHOF #아홉 #STEVEN #스티븐 #STVN

260225 stationhead listening party 🐰: the parts i paid especially close attention to while writing lyrics (for ‘what it is’) were mostly jeno’s parts.(laughs) yes, many of the lyrics are for jeno’s parts, and there were many areas where i tried to add a bit of a visual element to them, so please listen closely to jeno’s parts. there are also very sincere lyrics in the chorus, and the last chorus really explodes emotionally, so i hope you enjoy it. jeno, which part of the lyrics did you like the most? 🐶: i was really surprised that jaemin participated in writing the lyrics, and honestly, i liked all of it. but my favorite line is ‘catching my breath in the fast tempo, i like you.’ it’s a really fast part, and it still sticks with me.

And the reason why I got it is because I was going through a mental breakdown. And then at 4 in the morning, I was listening to BTS, and this is like three weeks into me being a fan of BTS. Then I read the lyrics, and it was the first time I ever heard the song ever in life. And then I read the lyrics, and then this lyric really stuck out to me, so I put it on my chest, under my collarbone. Like when you go watch a movie and it ended just like and youre like “what?? just like that?”, yeah i wanted to do that. So I didnt put it in. And then if you notice. The album has not many songs in it and the songs are not long. Because, I focused on the lyrics. I dont want to force myself to say more when I already have said everything. So thats why its quite short. But just know that I’ve said everything I have to tell, and express in the album.
