Whit Merrifield talking through how you CANNOT try and take your "A swing" on every swing. You CANNOT try and swing as hard as you can every swing. This doesn't help in game hitting. Max out power swings leads to inconsistent results in the game period.

What do you know about the relationship between shaft flex and clubhead speed? Golfers probably spend more time getting fit for the optimal driver shaft flex, than any other club parameter. This makes sense since shaft flex can have a large systematic influence on the launch angle and spin numbers that dictate the flight of the ball. Squaring The Face Controlling your golf ball is all about managing the club face. Understanding the how the arms will influence the club face is key. The lead arm will have some internal rotation in the backswing, therefore we will need to add external rotation to this arm through the release. If we fail to do this, we will leave the face open and often bring in more chicken wing/scoop patterns through contact. Learning to externally rotate the lead arm will help you keep a flat lead wrist and deliver a stronger loft. Lots of people vague or don’t understand what makes the ball start and curve in certain ways. No shame in it, all part of the learning continuum and I’m more than happy to simplify and clarify it. Assuming a center struck shot, “The face sends it and the path bends it”. It’s good to know as you can read the feedback from your strike point and ball flight to then improve your swing. There are other variables caused by striking different parts of the club called “Gear Effect”, but let’s save that for another day 👍 Paige Spiranac 👍

So many of you told me that using heat was the best way to get ticks to release from your skin. This guy shares that you do not need to use direct flame to ticks or leeches. You get metal hot and place the hot metal on the tick or leeches to get the to release. Evidently it makes them release immediately. The things you learn online is fascinating.

Shorter Backswing – This will reduce a little club head speed which takes off spin. 3. Understanding the body/swing connection is vital if you want to improve your tendencies. If your body isn’t capable of moving correctly, then you’ve no chance in your swing is the logic. Here’s a great couple of exercises for standing up or early extending in your swing from @jenniferfleischer Give her a follow as she has some quality stuff to help your issues. What would you do if this happened to you or your family? Did the driver really spray the bag over a small tip? What should the penalty be for the driver?
