Nancy Guthrie If you are following this story, you may want to watch the whole "Savannah goes Home" segment. (Linked below) With her family ruled out as suspects, who is in? I believe someone from Tuscon who crossed paths with Savannah is likely. I believe BAU has drawn up a profile of the abductor and is fasioning words to appeal to him based on the abductor's profile. Is it someone angry, like Bryan Kohberger was angry but not angry because he was a sadistic Loser, serial killer in making, but rather is Porch Guy angry because he feels slighted and wants Savannah to pay. Is this why Savannah is doing the pleas solo? Because they believe she is the target? This abduction never was about ransom money. With the family ruled out, we know the motive was not life insurance/ inheritance. We are down to the motive being far more twisted. We know about the "Talk to her and you will see" reference. What about, "It's never too late. You are not lost or alone." Does BAU believe this is a loner and a messed up type of individual, deeply unhappy with who he is and deeply jealous of Savannah? Someone capable of extreme violence, but hurting inside? I think we will be shocked at what we will come to know. What happened in that house between Porch Guy and Nancy for up to 41 minutes? Was the DNA found inside blood, hair, semen, sweat or touch? The motive of the ransom notes seems to be torturing Savannah as does the motive in the abduction. Could they be connected in this way?

What did the family and LE see that has caused them to take this ransom demand so seriously. The FBI should be able to tell of the a voice or image was manipulated. It is clear, they are unsure. Savannah said, "Talk to her and you will see." Clearly they believe she could be alive and in the hands of her abductors. Savannah said they are ready to talk. I have been involved in 3 kidnapping cases in 28 years. The demands came right away, not after 3 days. This note was fashioned by BAU, no doubt. Try to establish some empathy for the hostage. Open lines of communications. Indicate you are ready to negotiate. All of that was done. It still makes no sense that after 3 days and after LE is so involved that a ransom demand would come now. Normally, contact would have been made with the family right after the abduction and before LE was contacted. This case is rubbing against my experience and does not meet with other kidnapping cases I was involved with or studied. Again, if this is a hoax, it is the cruelest hoax I have seen. Thanks to the NBC Entertainment Today Show and Savannah Guthrie for their in-depth look at the NEJM 2018-19 Andes Virus study and for interviewing me on my thoughts here. Yes, this study did show that an infectious case of #AndesVirus can transmit to 5-10 additional people in crowded social settings. Yes, it is one study but it is also a clear counter-example to the "no spread from casual contact" narrative. We should be open about what is possible even if it doesn't happen all the time or with every case. Disease transmission has many factors involved, including how much virus the person is shedding at the time. #Hantavirus

The FBI report, submitted just days before the 2020 election, is from a man who claims to have driven Trump around in a limo in Dallas, Texas in 1995, and overheard him talking on the phone with a "Jeffrey," with whom Trump was allegedly laughing about sexually abusing children. The man claims he subsequently told some woman about the limousine ride with Trump, and the woman suddenly blurted out "he raped me." Nancy Guthrie I am so surprised that no one is talking about Katie Pavlich's interview with Director Patel on NewsNation. Yes, Director Patel double-downed on what he told Sean Hannity 🇺🇸 about the rift between the FBI and Pima County Sheriff's Department in the early stages of the case, but much more interesting was Director Patel's response that the FBI does not have jurisdiction. The FBI does have jurisdiction under the Lindbergh Law (18 USC 1201) due to the following: 1- Sub b says that after 24 hours, there is a presumption that the kidnapping crossed state lines squarely giving the FBI jurisdiction. 2-If the offender uses any means, facility, or instrumentality of interstate commerce to commit or further the crime" it falls within federal jurisdiction. Recall, the 6 ransom notes (2 sent to 3 media sources)? Those notes also give the FBI jurisdiction. The first note came in the day after the kidnapping. So what is the rub? 1- The FBI typically defers to the locals on such cases.
