There is absolutely no way this meeting should’ve finished when it did. Crazy to me to leave the discussion at that point when players look less than “convinced” of what they do. Kimmich and Muller had a lot more thoughts on this, but Hansi Flick didn’t want a discussion. Yikes

How did he do so well with Bayern but so bad with the national team but have some of the same players. His communication and style couldn’t have changed that much

My biggest concern with Hansi. He's too tactical and less emotional. Sometimes you have to be emotional to ramp up your players and make the confident

I feel it's great that he asks for his player's opinions but he looks bemused & passive. Like he doesn't know what to say or do how the hell does a meeting ends with 1 suggestion from a player & that's it? What about his vision, his tactical plan? No wonder he failed 😳
