Happened at Croydon today, man on the tracks..

This doesn't look like someone falling onto the tracks; it's clearly intentional, disrupting rail traffic. The police should arrest him for disturbing public order

That part of the network uses a live third rail by the looks of it. Which means the power will have had to be switched off. Widespread disruption no doubt.
