Happened in St Thomas yesterday

The way he was resisting, doesn't seem like a madman to me. So if someone resist been arrested the police should just leave them alone? Also what did he do before this happened?

Why the cameraman never video everthing from the start to show when he was resisting arrest. Should the police just leave alone or try to use force to make him comply. Its always easier to comply then complain. If he did attack someone they would say the police didnt stop him..
