We should live in a society where we could just walk away from the car while it is pumping gas by itself and go buy a candy bar in flops and boards shorts and say howdy to the clerk and chat a bit. The fucking creatures committing the crime should be found and put in chains in public where people could just walk by and bitch slap the fuck out of them as much as they please for about a month or until the die of thirst.
