They want that next-day ache back because the ache feels like proof. It is not proof. It is damage your body now has to repair before it can build anything new. The lifters making the most progress walk out of the gym feeling worked but not wrecked. They train the same muscle again 72 hours later because they can. The sore-every-day brigade train it again in a week and call it advanced programming. It's just bad arithmetic.

Stocks, crypto, and precious metals are all pumping on this. But they are unaware of what's coming next. Let's compare this with the 1973 energy crisis. In October 1973, the Yom Kippur War triggered a supply shock that caused a 300% rally in oil. The stock market did not crash due to this. Then in March 1974, the embargo ended, and that's when the real damage started. In just 6 months, the S&P 500 dropped close to 50% from its peak. This happened as inflation had already been pushed higher by the energy shock, which led to Fed tightening. Now look at today's scenario. The stock market is close to new highs while inflation is surging. The supply shock and infrastructure damage created by this war won't go away with just a peace deal signed. This is very similar to late 1973, where markets absorbed the initial shock and the real move happened after that. If this repeats again, the next 4-5 months could be ABSOLUTE BLOODBATH for both stocks and crypto.

Fun fact: Ocelli may technically still be a 7-time maiden, but he actually won a race before ever making his official debut 👀 Before heading to trainer Whit Beckman, Ocelli won a training race at the Aiken Trials in 2025, ridden by none other than trainer and former jockey Joe Sharp / JSR Racing ⚪️🔴⚫️🏇🏻. I opened it up to do Zoom calls last week thinking I’d just get a few. 40 people booked calls within the first 24 hours. 🥴 I was worn out. But, one the underlying theme was “Hey I’m looking at this land in NC/TN/GA..is this a good piece?” Let me reiterate…what lurks below those top few inches of soil in ANY mountainous area you buy land or buy a single lot in can be a total nightmare. You have to be very careful with that initial purchase. Anyone who did a Zoom call with me found out the main key steps to go through before you sign a contract, but, let here is a recent example of 1/2 acre lot I built a cabin on recently, in an existing development. The amount of rock we had to bust through almost killed the job. It took over 2 months of non stop hammering to get the lot prepped with my CAT machines. This is why I have a very detailed approach before I even buy a small lot to build on at this point. The cost of excavating/prepping even a small 1/3 acre the lot can run you well north of $100,000 if you’re not careful.

FACTS: This has been US policy for at least 79 years! Although the United States government is requiring individuals who intend to be evacuated sign a promissory note (known as the form DS-5528), this has been a US policy going back to at least 1944. President Trump required those evacuated from foreign nations sign the same note and reimburse costs just like Biden is and all the previous presidents have since 1944. Here's what the US State Department website (which was active during Trump's President says about Form DS-5528? "Generally, individuals evacuated on a U.S. government-coordinated transport, including charter and military flights or ships, even if those transports are provided by another country’s government, must sign an Evacuee Manifest and Promissory Note (Form DS-5528) note prior to departure. The Department of State uses the Form DS-5528 to document who got on which transport, and it lets us know how to contact evacuees for billing purposes. U.S. law requires that departure assistance to private U.S. citizens or third country nationals be provided “on a reimbursable basis to the maximum extent practicable.” By taking a U.S. government coordinated transport, evacuees are obligated to repay the cost of their transportation. The amount billed to evacuees is based on the cost of a full fare economy flight, or comparable alternate transportation, to the designated destination(s) that would have been charged immediately prior to the events giving rise to the evacuation.
