What a winner. Never took a backward step. Played against him at school & had trials with him at 11 years old at Leeds City Boys. He was head & shoulders above everyone at that early age. I was taken to one side & told they only need 16 if, 17 I'd be in!! The rest is history! 🤣

He was crucial like Radebe in the early 00s under O'Leary. He was a feisty competitor rather than a dirty player left jis mark on a play but could pass and calm things down too, that's why he plated at the top for so long.
