@bballnostalgist I didn’t get to know my dad (adopted) but this scene gets me every time . Wishing everyone who’s a dad or a father figure -a happy Father’s Day. I cherish the honor of being a father, step father and grandfather.

@bballnostalgist I watched this movie with my Dad when it first came out. Years later, when I was cleaning out his study as part of a move to a nursing home, I found a VHS copy of “Field of Dreams.” (Apparently he had taped it from a broadcast of the movie). I cannot watch this w/o tearing up.
