The sound effects sound exactly like the ones in the "Touhou Little Maid" mod, and the maids in that mod are also attracted to cake. Probably this mod, but with a downloaded fumo pack. You can choose the model for your maid, and more models are downloadable from the interface.

Is that little maid mod?

I’m not fully sure what mod this is but it could be the touhou little maid mod with downloadable models (the mod lets you do this)
