I don’t know how many times I saw this film growing up, but it was A LOT! Its success and impact highlighted the power of popular culture as I know I am certainly not the only one inspired by Rocky’s journey. Happy Birthday Rocky! Hadn’t had so much fun in a very long time by myself. My heart dropped when I seen all the popcorn stocked so pretty. Today was an adventure on this beautiful off day of mine probably the best Sunday I’ve ever had #amc has changed my life for the better. I’m surrounded by future millionaires and billionaires. It’s crazy to me. We a whole happy family. Y’all make my day I enjoy the space calls the news y’all put out the commitment that we all do we bring everything together. From day 1 there was something about you, your energy, confidence, your authenticity, and how you held yourself regardless of what was going on around you. Watching your journey wasn’t just entertaining it felt real. You had your moments, your low points, your struggles but through it all you remained you and that’s something I admire about you. What’s up everyone happy Thursday. Today’s the day we start to welcome Friday and the weekend. Hahah let’s goooo! Ok so I’m at 1958 on followers you guys are ready for this giveaway !! I know I damn sure am! It’s a very simple one too it’ll be outta all the followers nothing to do but follow every 1k i hit well keep upping the giveaway. Our brain used to help us survive saber-toothed tigers, but now (without the tigers, thank goodness) those survival fears have been replaced by modern day fears, worries, and anxiety like what will other people think of us, or whether we’ll have enough money at the end of the month.😖 🐅 To navigate moments of suffering and negative emotion, we developed a tool called the 90-second rule. ⏱️ This practice allows us to feel the fullness of self-pity, fear, anger, worry — whatever it is for you — for a minute and a half. AND THEN… We shift our focus, relax and release those feelings, accept that we can’t change what happened in the past and we DECIDE to move forward able to appreciate the present and take responsibility for our lives right now (that’s what response-able means).⏳➡️🌟 By digging deep, we discover that stress and suffering only exist when we hold on to a stressful thought. 🤔💭 At first, this may seem challenging, but like any muscle, it strengthens with repetition. Over time, catching ourselves when we’re in those states of negative emotion becomes easier to recognize and shift the pattern. 💪 💫 Have you tried the 90-second rule? How’s it going? ❤️

It doesn't even feel like we'r here..😭 Maybe it’s because it’s been a really long time since we’ve done this, but I just love it so much. Since it’s been a while, it feels really great.
