I’m usually very modest and I don’t really celebrate myself but today, I want to celebrate me. I want to celebrate the strong resilient woman that I am. The bold audacious girl who took that bold step 9 years ago. I went against common sense and the general belief of what a child like me will typically do. Day 5 of my 30-day water fast. Yesterday (Day 4) was the best day I’ve had so far. •Least cravings. •Least anger. •Least frustration. •Least crash-outs. It feels like I’m purging out every negative emotion and toxin that’s lived inside me. I’m having strong emotional responses—crying at things I wouldn’t normally cry at. Even just thinking about food hits different. Taco Bell. Sushi. Kebab. And during Ramadan, knowing my mom is cooking up a storm every night makes it even harder. The vape cravings? Completely gone. But I know that if I think about it too much, my body will remember, so I just keep my mind moving forward. Started at 200 lbs on Day 0 (night time weigh in with food intake and water intake, dropped to 192.2 on Day 1, and today, on Day 5, I’m at 181 lbs. Here’s a look at my AR keychain prototype !! 🥹🩷 You can swap out icons (for now only the ones i’ve animated… and u know there's is a lot!!), scan it trough filters (for now) and my animation shows up I actually started with a card format at first, but i wanted to spend more time on the designs, so i went with keychains for the first release, i didn’t want to make regular keychains either, and bringing AR together with my animations lets people actually "hold" them instead of them just living on my pc, it makes them feel alive and interactive, something i’ve wanted to try ever since the Nintendo 3ds AR cards 🥹 This is my 4th prototype gulp, and my 5th is already done Will be 3D, look and feel better, will be thinner, doesn’t need the rotating system anymore etc.. (i'm choosing between wood or acrylic for the final version) And in the future, i’m planning to design and make my own app (alrdy started :D) so it doesn’t rely on tiktok/instagram/snap filters, and the animations will be interactive too !! :D i’m also designing custom borders so you can use your keychain without a league border if u don't wanna look like a full on nerd, and i’m working on more AR formats beyond keychains :D More soon, i’m really excited 🥹🩷

Hill sprints are starting to look like hill SPRINTS again! So grateful I GET to do this. You can live life with a “get to” mentality or a “got to” mentality—the choice is yours every day. Since last summer, I’ve gained so much gratitude for the things I GET to do again. When everything is taken from you and you can’t do anything under your own power, you realize just how much you took for granted. For me: coaching practice, playing in the yard with my kids, watching them compete in sports—even doing hill sprints. It wasn’t that long ago that I wouldn’t have been able to walk up that hill. Now, by the grace of God and the willpower to grind every day, I’m back to sprinting. Stop taking things for granted and appreciate the things we GET to do.
