When a small community takes a direct hit from a violent tornado.

I live in Florida, and with that comes hurricanes. I have lived in Oklahoma as well. I will take a hurricane over a tornado any time. I remember the fear we felt in the cellar…😳

Nature’s yearly reminder that it can spin the block whenever it wants 🌪️

🚨 TORNADO SEASON: There is nothing "happy" about seeing an atmospheric beast of this scale bearing down on a neighborhood. When I track severe spring storms, this is the nightmare scenario. The sheer size of that storm base, towering over those homes, is a chilling reminder of our absolute vulnerability to extreme weather. 🌪️⚠️🏚️ #TornadoSeason #SevereWeather #Supercell #GlobalHazardWatch #Nature

I’m always so excited that spring is here and then I remember these things. Ugh… 😒🌪️

Insane power! Nature's yearly reminder to stay safe

Amazing

Remember to be a good host to your local friendly EF5. Provide plenty of meal options.

The scary part isn’t even the rain, it’s how the sky looks like daylight got switched off in one motion.

😮

The structure of that shelf cloud is insane.

Wow

Wonderful 😊

Eww. The cookie cutter homes. Gross.

Audio is not that much different from Iranians watching explosions last couple of weeks. 😬

😳

Wow! Is that in India?

there's no way this thing will make my day

In the face of nature, human power is minuscule please maintain a sense of reverence toward the natural world

Yep.

Holy Schnikies! Was that a big wedge dropping at 0:20???😱

I grew up in southern Wisconsin where tornadoes were a regular occurrence- luckily many never touched down and caused damage. However, never ever did the classic tornado-producing storm fronts look like this! 👀

How scary

Looks like a ship from Independence Day's gonna come out of it-

People leaving their cars out in a potential debris area is crazy.

That’s a mothership

😢
