Last night during our interview with Kerry Roberts, I misspoke as to the media outlet Jon Silveira made the admission that he and Karen Read had "tossed around" involving Aidan Kearney as the vehicle to spread their propaganda. I stated it was Vanity Fair. That is incorrect. The correct source is ID: Body in the Snow, Episode 2 as seen in the below video. Last night, Aidan Kearney once again lied about how his role in their campaign came to be despite Jon's admission on film to the world. That's the thing about lies. It's hard to keep them straight. Also difficult to keep them hidden with so many lying liars involved.

Listen, green juicing - should you do it, or leave it? Never mind the video attached, its just for entertainment purposes. The video shows a woman who goes to an [organic] farm and plucks fresh green leafy veggies, adds turmeric, lemon and ginger and makes a "green juice" which is claimed to be tasty and healthy. But what I would really want to discuss today, is if you really need to "green juiced detox" for wellness. No opinions here, no hearsay, just pure science of it. Green juicing is a detox practice. But none actually knows what is getting detoxed. An organ? An organ system? The body? No idea. The whole body is already getting detoxed by liver and kidneys and they do a wonderful job of it. Similar to "who watches the watchmen," line, should you "detox the detoxers?" For that, one must realize that detox is not a legit medical science word or practice. Detox is a wellness quackery term created to expand business oppurtunities. You have detox powders, detox tablets, detox capsules, detox practices (such as massages, oil pulling through nose, enemas, exposing anus to the Sun called 'sunning,' and so much more) and yes, detox juices. Detox is there is grab your hard earned money. A green juice or any type of detox for that matter does not help you prevent or treat any disease known to humans. The only thing getting detoxed with a detox is your bank account. The dubious practice of detox. Products that promise “detox” are a sham. Yes, all of them. Now the green juice thing. Be careful of what you put in there to blend, because your real detoxers - the liver and kidneys have to work extra to relieve you from the stress of it all. Green leafy veggies blended together is a dangerous thing. Many green veggies are rich in oxalates - like spinach, lettuce, celery and beetroot. Excess of oxalates can harm your kidneys if they get overwhelmed with the work-overload - like in this case where a woman developed kidney failure after green juice cleanse. "Green Smoothie Cleanse" Causing Acute Oxalate Nephropathy This is not an isolated incident. There are many reports in published medical literature that has reported kidney injury and kidney failure due to green juicing. Sora 2 has the capabilities to make an entire anime episode with time and effort. This is a turning point for generative AI models and it is terrifying to think what is next to come. The difference between Sora and Sora 2 is absolutely staggering. Yes, this looks cool. I put the time into it to make it as close to art as possible. This was not simple to make and not just prompting and throwing it in some editor. Every frame is generated of another scene and even the reference image for characters I used to start this project were AI generated. This was all created with 10 second clips pulled apart and chunked out into the final product. Regardless of the imagery you see, I did not directly use any artist's art for this video. This 10-minute video was generated over the course of a week from more than 700 text prompts. It was built on technology trained by scraping the uncredited, uncompensated contributions of countless human artists and animators. The creation of this single video consumed an enormous amount of energy and water, equivalent to powering a home for days and requiring hundreds of liters of fresh water for cooling. But that is nothing. In the 10 minutes you spend watching this, the global network of AI video generators will create over 6,250 more short videos. The combined energy required for that 10 minutes of global creation is enough to power an average household for nearly 2 years. - It's a double-edged sword. While AI uses immense amount of energy has clear immoral issues with scalping the hard work of artists, this also provides those a medium who have potentially spent their life attempting to draw out the ideas in their head and failing to grasp it. My sister is an artist, I grew up always attempting to draw but never could get the image in my head on paper, I've spent the better part of over 20 years to teach myself through watching videos and practice, however I don't have steady hands and frankly have just been unable to make any vision come to life. Which brings me to the conflict here. This would have been a dream of mine to be able to get frames created and flesh out the story in my head. To make this video professionally, it would be an absurd amount of money. A small studio by itself would be over a million dollars just to start up. To hire a studio would be most likely over ~200k. I would love to make this story I have in my head through legit and traditional means, I would love to start a Kickstarter to get funding and hire artists, voice actors, and a production team. However I know that would most likely be an impossible reach that would further fuel the hate. Regardless, I understand the worry this causes. The fear this produces. However, we can't just ignore where AI is currently at and just tell people not to use it or even worse threaten people who use it. People will always use the shiny new toy in front of them, so the real question is how do we either make it work for us and work along side it, or how do we ACTUALLY implement a method to protect art rather than tell people to not use it. Respect your artists. Review their ToS and don't upload their hard work to a model without permission.

How to Identify Agents with Sound Alone: Audio Profiles Each agent in VALORANT has a unique walk sound. We can use this to identify who is moving around without seeing them AND without them using abilities. Each agent has unique tells, here's Proof: Key: (How Easy it is to Identify who is running) 🟢 - Extremely Easy to identify without trying 🟡 - Somewhat difficult until you know what to listen for 🔴 - Difficult, and needs practice In order of their names Alphabetically (up to Miks in release date) Astra - 🟢. Astra has golden, loose jewelry. This makes it easy to identify her because she is one of the only agents that you can hear it, and of those agents, it's the most consistent. She also has lighter steps as she is meant to be smaller than the other agents 5'6 (170cm) Breach - 🟢. Breach is easily identifiable by the heavy boots that he wears. He is one of the loudest agents in terms of walking as his boots as well as his radianite arms that are also quite loud, being made of metal. Brimstone - 🟢. Similar to Breach, Brim is also easily identifiable due to how heavy his footsteps are. What separates him from Breach is his boots are leather but stomps, likely coming from his military background. Chamber - 🟡. Chamber is what started this entire thing for me. You can identify chamber by his loose gold watch, which chimes as he walks. The reason this is yellow circle and not green is because it is not as frequent as Astra and he wears sneakers, which the majority of the cast wear. So besides the watch it can be somewhat difficult to identify, if you're not actively listening for it. Clove - 🟡. Clove is somewhat difficult, but what makes them unique is how soft / quiet they walk. They are very light, wears shoes that have a lot of cushion and is meant to feel like a smaller character, canonically 5'6 / 168cm. Cypher 🔴 - Despite playing a lot of Cypher, I have a really hard time differentiating him from other characters with similar patterns like Viper and Fade. Comapred to Fade, I would say his have more bass. Deadlock 🟢 - The only person you could mix Deadlock up with is Sova. However, Deadlock's walk has a much more "wet" sound to it, as if she were crushing in soft snow with her snow boots. Fade 🔴 - Too similar to other agents, especially Cypher makes it very hard to tell. The only thing that makes her unique is her consistency, the decibel spread is almost nothing. Gekko 🟡- Also pretty hard, as he is one of the many average weight sneaker users. He is very similar to Killjoy, but with more bass which is how i remember. He's wearing vans, it sounds like rubber. Harbor 🟢 - Extremely easy. You can hear his braclet from a mile away. One of the more unique ones. Iso 🔴- Another middleweight flat shoe wearer. I think he is meant to be heavier than agents like Gekko and Miks who sound similar. This is one wear you have to look at who is alive to differentiate between him and other agents. Jett 🟢- Extremely easy, maybe because I've heard it so much with the Jetts in my games, but I think the idea is she is meant to feel light and dainty, as if the wind is carrying her. That's why she walks so soft. She is also meant to be quite small at 5'4 / 164cm which corroborates the quiet steps. KAY/O 🟢- The easiest. Even people who don't play VALORANT could tell you that's the sound of a robot. The metal makes it very easy to tell. Killjoy 🟡 - Somewhat difficult, I think the giveaway are the boots. Like I said about Gekko, hers in comparison create softer sounds. Miks 🔴 - Really disappointed that Miks, the sound guy doesn't have anything unique to his walk. It is similar to Gekkos, in that it is rubbery but also muddy. Neon 🟢- Iconic. Being a runner, she is wearing running shoes. Not much said, I think anyone could hear the difference. Omen 🟡 - Somewhat difficult. You are listening for a "wet" sound when he walks. He has been out for long enough where I can hear it distinctly enough. Phoenix 🟡 - Somewhat difficult. You are listening for the same rubbery sound as Miks, but with a lot more bass, he drags his feet somewhat. Raze 🟡 - Hard to hear at first, but you are listening for a "mud" / squish sound. But how is this useful? Well for me, I like to memorize the Controllers the most, because if I can identify that the sound of a controller's footsteps. I know they are not lurking, which allows for a little more peace of mind for my teammates rotating onto my site. 5. I used the same spot on purpose to show that they have different sound profiles. HOWEVER, it is important to note that with the different surfaces that you can run across, some of the noises that I described could sound different or harder to hear.

How to Identify Agents with Sound Alone: Audio Profiles Each agent in VALORANT has a unique walk sound. We can use this to identify who is moving around without seeing them AND without them using abilities. Each agent has unique tells, here's Proof: Key: (How Easy it is to Identify who is running) 🟢 - Extremely Easy to identify without trying 🟡 - Somewhat difficult until you know what to listen for 🔴 - Difficult, and needs practice In order of their names Alphabetically (up to Miks in release date) Astra - 🟢. Astra has golden, loose jewelry. This makes it easy to identify her because she is one of the only agents that you can hear it, and of those agents, it's the most consistent. She also has lighter steps as she is meant to be smaller than the other agents 5'6 (170cm) Breach - 🟢. Breach is easily identifiable by the heavy boots that he wears. He is one of the loudest agents in terms of walking as his boots as well as his radianite arms that are also quite loud, being made of metal. Brimstone - 🟢. Similar to Breach, Brim is also easily identifiable due to how heavy his footsteps are. What separates him from Breach is his boots are leather but stomps, likely coming from his military background. Chamber - 🟡. Chamber is what started this entire thing for me. You can identify chamber by his loose gold watch, which chimes as he walks. The reason this is yellow circle and not green is because it is not as frequent as Astra and he wears sneakers, which the majority of the cast wear. So besides the watch it can be somewhat difficult to identify, if you're not actively listening for it. Clove - 🟡. Clove is somewhat difficult, but what makes them unique is how soft / quiet they walk. They are very light, wears shoes that have a lot of cushion and is meant to feel like a smaller character, canonically 5'6 / 168cm. Cypher 🔴 - Despite playing a lot of Cypher, I have a really hard time differentiating him from other characters with similar patterns like Viper and Fade. Comapred to Fade, I would say his have more bass. Deadlock 🟢 - The only person you could mix Deadlock up with is Sova. However, Deadlock's walk has a much more "wet" sound to it, as if she were crushing in soft snow with her snow boots. Fade 🔴 - Too similar to other agents, especially Cypher makes it very hard to tell. The only thing that makes her unique is her consistency, the decibel spread is almost nothing. Gekko 🟡- Also pretty hard, as he is one of the many average weight sneaker users. He is very similar to Killjoy, but with more bass which is how i remember. He's wearing vans, it sounds like rubber. Harbor 🟢 - Extremely easy. You can hear his braclet from a mile away. One of the more unique ones. Iso 🔴- Another middleweight flat shoe wearer. I think he is meant to be heavier than agents like Gekko and Miks who sound similar. This is one wear you have to look at who is alive to differentiate between him and other agents. Jett 🟢- Extremely easy, maybe because I've heard it so much with the Jetts in my games, but I think the idea is she is meant to feel light and dainty, as if the wind is carrying her. That's why she walks so soft. She is also meant to be quite small at 5'4 / 164cm which corroborates the quiet steps. KAY/O 🟢- The easiest. Even people who don't play VALORANT could tell you that's the sound of a robot. The metal makes it very easy to tell. Killjoy 🟡 - Somewhat difficult, I think the giveaway are the boots. Like I said about Gekko, hers in comparison create softer sounds. Miks 🔴 - Really disappointed that Miks, the sound guy doesn't have anything unique to his walk. It is similar to Gekkos, in that it is rubbery but also muddy. Neon 🟢- Iconic. Being a runner, she is wearing running shoes. Not much said, I think anyone could hear the difference. Omen 🟡 - Somewhat difficult. You are listening for a "wet" sound when he walks. He has been out for long enough where I can hear it distinctly enough. Phoenix 🟡 - Somewhat difficult. You are listening for the same rubbery sound as Miks, but with a lot more bass, he drags his feet somewhat. Raze 🟡 - Hard to hear at first, but you are listening for a "mud" / squish sound. I finally finished my Rust version of Mario Zechner's (Mario Zechner) excellent Pi Agent, which I made with his blessing and which is called pi_agent_rust. You can get it here: If you're not familiar with Pi, it's a minimalist and extensible agent harness (similar to Claude Code and Codex) and, among other uses, serves as the core agent harness inside the OpenClaw project. I say my Rust "version" instead of "port" because it's really quite different in how it's implemented for it to be called a port. Arguably, the incremental functionality in the implementation was more complex than the rest of the project combined. Still, it provides the same features and functionality as the original, and is proven to be compatible with hundreds of popular extensions to Pi (the conformance harness shows 224 out of 224 extensions working perfectly). But the way it's architected has some major changes. Pi Agent relies on node or bun to provide access to the filesystem and for various other tasks, and that is also how Pi's extension system works. I decided early on that I didn't want to do things that way. Instead, I wanted to integrate that functionality directly into the binary itself; that is, to provide equivalent functionality for everything that would normally be provided by node/bun in the original. I did this for several reasons: one, it's a lot more performant in terms of footprint and latency. On realistic end-to-end large-session workloads (not toy microbenchmarks), pi_agent_rust is now: - 4.95x faster than legacy Node and 2.80x faster than legacy Bun at 1mm-token session scale - 4.32x faster than legacy Node and 2.14x faster than legacy Bun at 5mm-token session scale - ~8x to ~13x lower RSS memory footprint in those same scenarios But the other reason is security and control: by handling everything internally in an end-to-end way, we can do all sorts of clever things to harden the system against insecure or malicious extensions. Those extensions no longer have direct access to the ambient filesystem: they now need to go through pi_agent_rust, and we can analyze extensions carefully before ever running them and also block things that look suspicious at runtime. In practice that means explicit capability-gated hostcalls, with policy/risk/quota enforcement and runtime telemetry/auditability. In order to do all this, I had to effectively build the missing runtime substrate from scratch in Rust, not just translate TypeScript syntax: - define and implement a typed hostcall ABI for extension->host interactions - build native Rust connectors for tool/exec/http/session/ui/events instead of ambient Node/Bun access - implement a compatibility/shim layer so real-world Pi extensions still behave correctly - add capability policy evaluation, runtime risk scoring, per-extension quotas, and audit telemetry on the execution path - wire the whole thing through structured concurrency (asupersync) so cancellation/lifetimes are deterministic and failure handling is explicit - build a conformance + benchmark harness large enough to validate behavior/perf across hundreds of extensions and realistic long-session workloads This was a full re-architecture of the execution model while preserving the Pi workflow and extension ecosystem. And indeed, this aspect of it dwarfs the entire rest of the project in size and complexity. To put hard numbers on that: the extension/runtime/security subsystem alone is now about 86.5k lines of Rust across src/extensions.rs (~48.1k), src/extensions_js.rs (~23.4k), src/extension_dispatcher.rs (~13.4k), and src/extension_index.rs (~1.7k), with roughly 2.5k callable units in just those files. For context, the original Pi coding-agent production code is about 27.4k lines total. So this one subsystem by itself is roughly 3.2x the size of the original harness, which is why calling this a “port” would seriously undersell what had to be built. And on top of that, pi_agent_rust introduces a bunch of genuinely new capabilities beyond the legacy harness, not just a faster core: - Security and enforcement are materially stronger at runtime: capability-gated hostcalls with explicit policy profiles (safe/balanced/permissive), per-extension trust lifecycle (pending -> acknowledged -> trusted -> killed), explicit kill-switch operations, and audited state transitions. - Shell execution mediation is deterministic and argument-aware: rule/feature-based risk scoring plus heredoc AST inspection (dcg_rule_hit, dcg_heredoc_hit) before spawn, instead of relying on coarse deny patterns. - Containment and forensics are first-class: tamper-evident runtime risk ledger tooling (verify/replay/calibrate), unified incident evidence bundles, and forced-compat controls that let you contain issues without disabling the whole extension system. - The extension runtime architecture is native: JS extensions run in embedded QuickJS with typed hostcall boundaries and Rust-native connectors for tool/exec/http/session/ui/events, plus compatibility shims for real-world legacy extensions. - Runtime behavior under load is explicitly engineered: deterministic hostcall reactor mesh, fast-lane vs compat-lane routing, and warm-isolate prewarm handoff for more predictable throughput and latency under contention. - Long-session reliability is upgraded: JSONL v3 sessions with indexed sidecar acceleration and optional SQLite-backed sessions, plus operational controls via --session-durability, --no-migrations, and migrate. - Provider and auth coverage are broader and more operationally explicit: native Anthropic/OpenAI (Chat + Responses)/Gemini/Cohere/Azure/Bedrock/Vertex/Copilot/GitLab plus large OpenAI-compatible routing; pi --list-providers currently shows 90 providers with aliases and required auth env keys. - Auth is not just API keys: OAuth (Anthropic/OpenAI Codex/Gemini CLI/Antigravity/Kimi/Copilot/GitLab plus extension-defined OAuth), AWS credential chains (Bedrock), service-key exchange (SAP AI Core), and bearer-token flows. - Operator tooling is stronger: pi doctor supports scoped checks (config, dirs, auth, shell, sessions, extensions), machine-readable output (--format json|markdown), and safe auto-remediation (--fix). - Extension/package lifecycle workflows are built in: install, remove, update, update-index, search, info, and list. I want to thank Mario for making a great harness and for not telling me to get lost when I asked him if he was OK with me porting it to Rust. I may give him a hard time in jest about not going "full clanker," but that doesn't mean that I don't respect his work a huge amount. PS: There could still be bugs. A little look behind the scenes: Many of you asked how I handle switching from SwiftData & CloudKit to Firebase and a different way of sharing entries with your friends. Previously, there was no need to create an account and the app just used the user's iCloud ID in the background to "sign up". Why did I do this? SwiftData is really nice to use but after working with it for over a year now, it feels still quite unstable, buggy and errors are super hard to track. Same goes for CloudKit and the CloudKit sharing that I implemented. For a growing app, in my opinion, it's just not feasible to use because errors happen regularly, you don't really know if the data is stored (and shared) correctly and the documentation on CK is just bad. I have big plans for this app (reacting to your friends' entries, Apple Health integration, tagging multiple friends in entries etc.) and all of it is now much simpler - and faster to build. The Migration part When an existing user starts the app, a little migration sheet with a couple of steps opens which can't be dismissed. The goal is that the user maintains all entries and can use the app like before :) Steps: 1) Create an Account using Apple Sign In and Firebase Auth 2) Migrate your user profile (profile picture etc.) and all your friends from SwiftData to Firestore. Here I basically iterate over all the data that is there, run a custom conversion for all the fields (some things need to be stored differently) and save them. Profile Images are now saved in Firebase Storage 3) Migrate all entries to Firestore the same way. Images and Voice Notes are now saved in Firebase Storage (that might take a bit of time, video is sped up) 4) After that, migration is basically done and the user can use the app like before. In the settings, the user can now log out or delete the account, things that weren't possible before. If for any reason the migration has to be done again, this can be triggered from the settings as well. How do I decide if a user needs to migrate? Previously, I saved the user's profile in SwiftData under a specific key (simplified). If the app finds something under this key, user is prompted for a migration. New users don't have to run through the migration. They simply start fresh with the Apple Sign in in the onboarding like seen in the referenced post. How does sharing entries now work? For sharing, I create deeplinks using branch . io now. These links basically work like every other Invite Link you've received or created. The friend opens the link, can accept your invitation and now both of you are connected as buddies. Previously using CloudKit Sharing, this process took two steps - each user had to share a link to give access to their entries. The process now is much simpler and better understand for the user. Developing the migration Tbh I thought this would be way quicker. In the end it was > 100 commits since I had to basically change every screen in the app. Working with SwiftData is quite different to how things work with Firebase (and most other frameworks), so every interaction where data was involved had to be reworked. Now the app runs on a combination of Firestore, Cloud Functions and Firebase Storage. In terms of memory, the app feels notably faster and only needs around 1/4 of the memory bandwidth it needed before. Let's see if it will be worth it! All in all super happy with the new flexibility for the app and not being limited by the technology anymore 👀

Over the past year, the rights and interests of the workforce in new forms of employment have been better protected, facilities have been upgraded to bring more convenience to the elderly, and each family with childcare needs has received a subsidy of RMB 300 yuan per month. When the happy hum of daily life fills every home, the big family of our nation will go from strength to strength. We continued to embrace the world with open arms. The Shanghai Cooperation Organization Summit in Tianjin and the Global Leaders' Meeting on Women were very successful; and island-wide special customs operations were launched in the Hainan Free Trade Port. To better address climate change, China announced new Nationally Determined Contributions. After announcing the three global initiatives on development, security, and civilization, I put forward the Global Governance Initiative to promote a more just and equitable global governance system. The world today is undergoing both changes and turbulence, and some regions are still engulfed in war. China always stands on the right side of history, and is ready to work with all countries to advance world peace and development and build a community with a shared future for humanity. Not long ago, I attended the opening ceremony of the National Games, and I was glad to see Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao coming together in unity and acting in unison. We should unswervingly implement the policy of One Country, Two Systems, and support Hong Kong and Macao in better integrating into the overall development of our country and maintaining long-term prosperity and stability. We Chinese on both sides of the Taiwan Strait share a bond of blood and kinship. The reunification of our motherland, a trend of the times, is unstoppable! When I was in office, I had the opportunity to lecture at Kim Il-sung University in North Korea. They agreed on one condition: I must not mention three words: “Democracy, Human Rights, Market Economy.” So I did not say those words in my lecture. Instead, I titled my talk: “No Dictatorship Lasts Forever.” That title cost me my meeting with the “Dear Leader.” But later, I was told that South Korean freedom activists had picked up my speech. They had flown it again into the North by air balloon. Words can travel farther than we imagine. You must master them. Words have more power than any other human innovation. One day, you may speak the truth in places it is forbidden. When you deal with autocrats, you must always put their people first. Dictators rarely listen to others but fear their people’s voices and awareness. Europe, too, has shown the power of humanity. When war returned to Ukraine, Europe showed the best of itself. You welcomed millions of mothers and children by opening your homes, hospitals, and schools. You even paid in advance for buses, cars, and everything else they needed. You did not wait to be asked. You helped. That is Europe at its best. Europe has become the warm heart of humanity. You are at your best when you care and share with others. This brutal war has also been harsh on ethnic minorities inside Russia. They have been sent to the frontlines as cannon fodder. When Russia announced its first mobilization, I called on young Russian men, especially minorities. I asked them to escape death through the Mongols’ embrace and come to Mongolia. Tens of thousands did. If one less man holds a gun against Ukraine, we count that as our contribution to peace in Europe. Mongolians have a saying: “The good in history is my teacher and the bad in history is my teacher.” History has taught us this: In today’s world, war has become obsolete. Every issue, no matter how difficult, can be resolved peacefully through dialogue, negotiation, and understanding. As Nelson Mandela once said, “The most powerful weapon is to sit down and talk.” Today, we are no longer voiceless. We have these tools to express our concerns, grievances, and truths. But even now, some still reach for old maps to justify new aggression. President Putin once cited a Russian imperial map to claim that Ukraine belonged to his empire. Then, I responded with a map of the Great Mongol Empire. And I wrote on Twitter: “After Putin’s talk, I found a Mongolian historical map. Don’t worry. We are a peaceful and free nation.” That single post reached more than twelve million people worldwide. The so-called 'Mega' DSC was a carefully engineered policy sketch for a 'Mega' scam, a dark operation by CM Chandrababu and his son Nara Lokesh as Minister-in-charge, grievously damaging the lives of meritorious aspirants. Lakhs of aspirants are in anguish today, shedding tears because of the manipulation and deception by the N Chandrababu Naidu Government. Andhra Pradesh never witnessed such a disastrous recruitment process before. For the recruitment process for 16,000 DSC posts, every safeguard that protected transparency was dismantled, every institutional check was weakened, through a carefully laid out a scheme of fraud for purposes of converting the DSC recruitment into a money-spinning scam. Never before in the history of Andhra Pradesh has a recruitment process been marred by irregularities at such scale. DSC represents hopes and aspirations of lakhs of unemployed youth. Malpractices and corruption in the DSC recruitment process executed by the department, whose Minister-in-charge is Nara Lokesh, are extremely condemnable and the situation warrants a CBI inquiry. The corruption ridden DSC recruitment process is a multi layered scam and the following are the key aspects of it. 1. Chandrababu's government dismantled long-standing institutional safeguards. The entire conspiracy began with preparation of question papers (handled by SCERT) and the conduct of the examination (handled by the DSC Convenor). These responsibilities were traditionally separated to preserve confidentiality. This process was completely compromised when the separation of responsibilities was done away with. Chandrababu government sidelined the DSC Convenor and entrusted both crucial responsibilities to the Director of SCERT, thereby undermining the transparency of DSC examination and deliberately paving the way for irregularities. This arrangement created a convenient mechanism as the first step for the Mega Scam. 2. Making matters worse, the highly confidential tasks of question paper preparation and its upload were entrusted to outsourcing employees, creating a system vulnerable to abuse while conveniently providing potential scapegoats if design were to get exposed. The case of an outsourcing employee securing top rank in DSC in the very examination process he was associated with is a classic example of the consequences of the irregularity. This is direct proof of the paper leak scam. The sequence of events that follow generate further suspicion about the fragility of the system enabling paper leak and other irregularities. Why was that individual not provided the job despite him securing first rank? Why were the individual's ID and data removed from the merit list subsequently? Why wasn't he invited for the certificate verification? Are these not the reasons cited by that individual when he approached the Court? An outsourcing employee working in SCERT and intimately involved in question paper preparation, securing 1st rank, speaks volumes about the paper leak. For purposes of ascertaining the depth of the paper leak issue an inquiry by CBI is necessary. (supporting doc refer 1-5 slides in the attachment - extracts of candidate rankings, changes made to the merit list, Candidate's letter to the department and Court filing) 3. The total lack of transparency with respect to declaration of results is also absolutely worrisome, with merit lists and merit-cum-roster lists not being placed on the notice boards of collectors' offices, as was the prevailing practice. Instead, the process was centralized with only online display and messaging. This resulted in candidates facing significant hardship owing uncertainty, with them running from pillar to post with nobody to redresses their grievances, not at the district collector level and not at head office level.The cruelest aspect of the entire DSC examination is that, several candidates who received call letters on 1:1 basis and whose certificates were successfully verified, did not find their name in final selection list. Strict adherence to Rule 20 of Scheme of Selection Rules 2025 necessitated preparation of merit-cum-roster list after taking into consideration, marks, ranks, cutoff and all forms of reservations in place, be it vertical or horizontal, be it under meritorious sportspersons quota, be it under persons with benchmark disabilities quota, and so forth. Under the rule position, successful verification of certificates after this step must only result in the candidate's name being placed in final selection list, however, such has not been the fate of several call letter recipients. The most revealing aspect of the entire scandal is the manner in which the sports quota was dealt with. The shameless manner in which, the policies were altered to enable recklessness in the recruitment process is indeed very distressing. Injustice was done not only to meritorious candidates but also to genuine sportspersons who have worked hard for their achievements. Doing away with the existing policy mandating qualification in examination as provided in G.O. No. 74 dated 9th August, 2012, through a new sports policy introduced vide G.O. no. 8 dated 10th December, 2024 and bringing it into implementation through G.O. No. 4 and G.O. No. 47, Chandrababu and his son had already prepared what can only be described as a "policy blueprint for a scam." For the first time in history, sports quota candidates were exempted from appearing for the DSC examination, creating a backdoor entry through which they were brought into the system. Once the recruitment process was complete, the policy was reverted to what it was earlier, through G.O. No. 23, G.O. No. 25 and G.O. No. 56, thereby superseding G.O. No. 4 and G.O. No. 47, citing difficulties that have arisen and several representations and grievances received from sportspersons. So, once the purpose was served and the recruitment was completed without sportspersons having to appear in the written examination, the backdoor that enabled the system being compromised was shut and the Government also cold-heartedly admitted that the policy change caused difficulties and resulted in several grievances. No. 23, 25 & 56 conveying policy reversal again after the recruitment is complete)To utter disgust of the entire State, a video of a negotiation for a teacher post between an aspirant and another person has come to light and thereafter, callously, the authorities merely registered a token case, granted station bail without even arresting the accused. No meaningful investigation was conducted. In the most insensitive and wholly unscrupulous manner, the TDP Government has made a mockery of the aspirations of lakhs of candidates. The scandal is deeply rooted and dangerously conceived by the people at the helm of the present State Government including the Chief Minister Mr. Chandrababu Naidu and the Education Minister, Nara Lokesh. No. 47, citing difficulties that have arisen and several representations and grievances received from sportspersons. So, once the purpose was served and the recruitment was completed without sportspersons having to appear in the written examination, the backdoor that enabled the system being compromised was shut and the Government also cold-heartedly admitted that the policy change caused difficulties and resulted in several grievances. In the most insensitive and wholly unscrupulous manner, the TDP Government has made a mockery of the aspirations of lakhs of candidates. The scandal is deeply rooted and dangerously conceived by the people at the helm of the present State Government including the Chief Minister Mr. Chandrababu Naidu and the Education Minister, Nara Lokesh. Min Hee-jin (NewJeans Producer) NHK Music Interview 🔗 “Meticulously planned debut ‘Attention’” 🧢: When I was preparing to launch NewJeans, I really struggled with deciding what our first piece of content should be. I thought about it for a long time and considered many possibilities. It was a project that came with high expectations, and for me personally, it was also my first opportunity to prove myself. So how I presented it mattered enormously. Even down to the smallest details… like the impression the very first released photo might give, or what kind of impact we could make at launch. I thought hard about what kind of content would be the most effective… should it be a video or a photo? What time of day would be most effective to release it? I consider things like that very carefully. For example, the way a person experiences content at night versus during the day can feel quite different emotionally. So I even thought about those subtle aspects. Eventually, the conclusion I reached was: “Let’s make the most of our situation.” At the time, the members hadn’t been revealed, and no one knew how many of them there were or what kind of group this would be. So I wanted to maximize that curiosity. You know how the more something is concealed, the more curious people become? I wanted to build that curiosity to a peak and then release everything all at once. That’s why we decided not to release a teaser and instead go straight into a full music video. (This was actually inspired by Hyein suggesting we skip teasers.) I didn’t think still images or photos would be enough to fully convey the feeling I wanted to express. I felt that video and music together would evoke the emotional response I was looking for because people experience things synesthetically. When sound, image, and feeling come together, the emotional impact is stronger. I believed the best way to present the members’ images was through music and a moving picture… that’s why we led with a music video. In the debut music video, “Attention,” there’s a scene where the members act out a little drama. I paid very close attention to that moment and created music that would fit it precisely. For me, I don’t just make content… I design the entire process of how it should be shown for the greatest effect. And I believe that’s incredibly important. That first feeling someone gets when they encounter something… that emotion, that spark… is so important to me. I’m very detail-oriented, but I also value fun deeply. So rather than just releasing content, I want to enjoy the process leading up to it. Even when we released our second album, since we shot the entire music video across the country, the sequence of how we released the videos was critical for me. It’s hard to explain all this simply in an interview, but maybe some people noticed: the first content we released that time was actually a teaser for the last track, “ASAP,” and then we followed that with the full music video for “New Jeans,” which was the first track. That order was a carefully calculated strategy. It was designed to guide the audience’s emotional journey. Seeing the audience react just as I had hoped—that whole process was honestly so fun and thrilling for me. I think I really enjoy that kind of thing. ——— “How 'Ditto' was born” 🧢: People often praise the music of NewJeans, and I hear a lot of talk about genres. But actually, I don’t feel bound by genre at all. I love a wide variety of music. I’m not the type to insist on only one particular genre. What I love are songs that blend genres cleverly… those are my personal favorites. So going forward, my focus is not on genre but on whether something feels fresh and whether it can create an emotional moment. I don’t want to define what kind of music we make. And I think you have to experience the flow of the times to really understand what’s meaningful in a given moment. For instance, the song “Ditto” was chosen because it delivered emotion. It matched perfectly with the winter album concept I had envisioned, both in terms of timing and mood. When I hear a song, I tend to trust my gut. I have a pretty strong intuition for which songs will resonate. It’s not about objectively predicting what will be a “hit,” but about whether a song moves your heart… you can just feel it. Of course, my own taste plays a big role. But I think that’s actually my strength as a producer, not as a composer. When I saw Director Shin Woo-seok’s interpretation of it, I thought, “Yes, that’s it.” That’s the kind of complete interpretation I look for. I believe the completion of a project comes from every person involved thinking about their part down to the final detail… the maximum quality they can bring out. My role is to unify and refine all of that. I draw out the essence of each person’s creativity, trimming away anything unnecessary. So the final product is something that’s polished and high-quality, just the way I envisioned it. That’s my working style. So it’s not like I’m fixated on retro or stuck in a particular style. I don’t think human taste has changed all that much. Things people liked in the past are the same things we like now. It’s just the form of expression that changes with time. I don’t feel bound by “past” or “present.” I don’t even think in those boundaries. To me, it’s all just good taste. You know how kids sometimes have their own little treasure boxes when they’re young? I think my work is kind of like that. I want to make things that never feel dated—that are timelessly enjoyable. ——— “Dance Expression and 'Hype Boy'” 🧢: I had a vision of what kind of girl group I wanted to create. That’s why I chose a song like “Hype Boy.” And to bring out that feeling, we created four different versions of the music video. Every choice had a purpose, everything was designed to maximize the experience of the song. “Hype Boy” is such a unique song. It has this strange, piercing melody that gives people chills in a good way. To emphasize that tingling feeling, I had to break away from the standard K-pop choreography format… you know, the kind where everyone is in perfect formation, doing synchronized moves. But our songs don’t suit that kind of choreography. Our dances are much harder. They require the body to move very naturally with the groove of the melody and beat. So I think our members are incredible. It’s not easy to express naturalness with your body, and you have to really enjoy it to make it look effortless. But they pulled it off so well. They’re still young, but they’re so talented. And through it all, I wanted to avoid making them look like they were performing just for business. I wanted them to show the pure joy and bright spirit that’s natural for people their age… genuine, carefree, radiant. ——— “The difference between NewJeans and conventional K-POP” 🧢: Ah, for me, it’s all about naturalness. And honestly, naturalness isn’t something you can produce or direct into existence. It comes from how I interact with the NewJeans members on a daily basis… what kind of environment they practice in, how they live and work. There are so many things that don’t appear on camera, but those unseen aspects have to be in place in order for true naturalness to come through. That’s why I wanted to create that kind of environment for the girls. And also, I wanted to shape my own working environment in that way too. Only then can something truly natural, something unforced and not overly stimulating, really come out. To begin with, I don’t believe anyone can be completely natural in front of a camera or under the gaze of others. It’s human nature to become self-conscious. That’s why I think naturalness is our strength, but it can’t be our concept. If you try to turn “naturalness” into a concept, it actually becomes incredibly artificial. So why do I place so much importance on naturalness? It’s because the girls are still so young. While other kids their age are going through school and having a wide range of life experiences, these members are living very different lives. Before they officially debuted, I told them, “This is like studying together with me.” Our standard contract is seven years, which is about the same length as going through high school and college in Korea: three years of high school and four years of university. So I told them, “We’re going to school together. We’re learning together.” And in that sense, I want to be a good teacher to them. They’re also surrounded by an incredibly professional team, people they’d never meet even in a traditional school setting. I’ve never really liked the word idol. These days, that word is used more like a job title, something manufactured by the industry, and it’s far from its original meaning. To me, the term idol feels misplaced. It doesn’t really reflect who these artists are or what they represent. And I’m not the kind of person who clings to labels or terminology. In fact, what I really want is to break the stereotypes and preconceptions that come with the idol industry. I want us to show people something different… to challenge those assumptions and redefine what this can look like. That’s the kind of mindset I have. ——— “Isn't it difficult for the members to express "naturalness"?” 🧢: There were a lot of things I considered when forming the group. First and foremost, I think it was important that the members shared a similar vibe… like how I prefer working with staff who align with my taste. It’s important for the crew to be on the same wavelength. And by that, I mean more than just getting along… it also extends to shared values. Of course, people won’t all share identical values, but when we’re facing in a similar direction, everything becomes easier. It’s also just more efficient to work with people who have overlapping tastes. Now, when it comes to our members, they each have their own individual tastes, but those preferences are still in development. Just like we all went through as kids, they’re still growing, still discovering themselves. They’re not in a finished state. So we didn’t cast them based on some complete or polished version of themselves. It wasn’t like, “This person is fully formed, let’s pick her.” It was more like, “Ah, she has potential, there’s something there.” That sense of a spark… those were the kinds of subtleties I paid attention to. I didn’t cast anyone just because they were pretty or could sing well. I don’t work like that. I really value those finer, more delicate aspects. Even the design of the light stick wasn’t something that came from a long strategic planning session… it was actually a spontaneous idea. I didn’t sit down and think, “Let’s make a light stick like this.” NewJeans didn’t have a fixed logo, but I felt we still needed a unifying symbol. So one night, just before going to sleep, I kept thinking about it. Right before dozing off, I started sketching and it turned into a rabbit’s face. When I drew it out, the shape just continued and turned into a bunny. To me, the NewJeans members are like little bunnies… playful, innocent. Their visuals also resemble rabbits in a way. And rabbits symbolize abundance. That made me think: “Ah, maybe our fans will multiply like rabbits. That would be great.” So that bunny face became both a symbol for the members and the fans. The image came to me all at once, and I imagined a venue completely filled with bunny light sticks. That vision led to the creation of the light stick itself. Since I always prioritize fun in everything I do, the next idea that came to mind was making the light stick customizable. I thought, “Wouldn’t it be great if fans could personalize their bunny?” That way, each rabbit would represent a different person’s character. So we included accessories, allowing everyone to customize their own bunny. It’s symbolic of all these different bunnies coming together and enjoying a good time as one. Our light stick has a big head, so when it’s used in a concert hall, it lights up in heart shapes that are very visible. That was the image I really wanted. And that bunny face… it’s also a heart. It represents both the face of NewJeans and our hearts. It’s the love we’re showing to our fans, and the love we want to receive in return. Every time I see it, I feel deeply moved. It’s very emotional for me because it’s a perfect realization of what I envisioned. As someone with a background in creative direction, there’s nothing more satisfying than seeing an idea materialize exactly the way you imagined it.
