Kindness and patience is necessary in the early years but at some point they need to be pressured and tested because the world demands a lot from people. When do other parents begin teaching or preparing them for the real world, what’s the best age? Do you take your kids to homeless shelters and teach them how to serve others? Do you introduce them to the common vernacular? Do you teach them be adaptable and how to absorb knowledge in a multicultural world, to accept others? There’s a lot to prepare them for and sometimes it’s hard to know when is the best time to prepare them.
